The most successful manager England ever had rarely showed an ounce of passion - Sir Alf Ramsey. Passion is highly overrated. I would prefer someone who knows what he wants and quietly goes about getting it rather than some buffoon leaping around on the touchline.

It does indeed. And if you look at every club players and managers leave every year. Even Leicester are having trouble keeping hold of some of their players having won the Premiership a few weeks ago. It happens everywhere. It has happened to us a lot recently because we have become victims of our own success. I can remember when no one would have wanted any of our players or our managers. Who here would want to go back to those dark days? Enjoy the ride! We are dining at the top table again.
