I still cant believe he got away with killing the copper. Self defence! Apparently the surveillance team heard him say to Noye its okay, I am the old bill and he stabbed him anyway. Can only think the jury were tampered with. A key witness from the M25 stabbing was killed later in a car park. Noye was banged up at the time but it is hard to believe he had nothing to do with it. A very dangerous man.

The internet is a nightmare for parents. It isn't just the easy access to porn. There is an awful lot of stuff that kids should not see flying around on it.

I found that out when I made my complaint to FB. My ex isn't very computer savvy and wasn't checking on what the kids were up to when online. Her account was disabled and although she is older now she has never gone back to it.

Yes, my ex wife moved my daughters to Spain and they used to keep in touch with there old school friends through FB.

I have read some pretty awful stuff on some websites. There was one dealing with the murders in Thailand last year that published some of the awful crime scene pictures. The comments that followed we more than sick. The worst comments seem to come from Americans. My daughter also received some pretty heavy abuse a few years back on Facebook from a Vietnam vet. She was only about 9 at the time and her sister hacked into her account and called this guy a plonker. I cant repeat what he called her back but it involved the usual American invective. She was clearly a young girl as she had posted a picture of herself. When I complained about this guys conduct the rest of his family started having a go at me online. What makes this particularly sad is that it was a group on FB that share the same surname and we had become "friends" in order to see if we were related (I have an unusual surname). If the weirdoes use the Internet for some kind of safe relief then perhaps that isn't so bad - but if these people are walking around like ticking bombs - eek! Some of them seem to be encouraged. Take that hideous harpy Katie Hopkins. The support she is getting from some quarters is scary. She is either a narcissistic nut job or she is just saying things for effect, either way, in the old days she would have been burnt as a witch. Now she makes a good living out of being highly offensive to people. She is all over the Internet like a plague.
