Failed to manage him or he failed/refused to do as they asked him to. Managers (incompetent or not) are managers and players should do as they’re asked. It’s not up to players to decide how/where they’re deployed. They should shut the **** up and get on with it. In RH we trust, so let’s hope it works out for all concerned.

If anyone can get the best out of him.....

Is the Bitterne Bowl still there?
-
It wasn’t his own video on Twitter. He thieved it from @UnitedDaily9, and they have commented on the fact that he hadn’t credited them for it or followed them.

Palace AND West Brom? Those are some credentials. Let’s face it, he’s done zilch in RH’s tenure to date and it appears he’s happy for him to depart.
-
His song has needed changing for some time. Sub out "class" & "never" and replace with "good" and "often".

So a younger, stronger, quicker Austin.

I have surprised myself with how much I’ve enjoyed it, and am actually organising a night on the beers for Tuesday to watch it in town. I (slightly ashamedly) am surprised at how I’ve jumped onto this journey by the England women. Might even watch the game this afternoon too!

Hilarious. Lyrics aren’t too bad to be fair.

In Ralph we trust. It’s called development isn’t it?

When’s Watson off then?!

Has McCarthy done something wrong, or have an attitude problem? Seems odd that a steady keeper who was our player of the year last year should now be surplus to requirements.

I love the way that a player standing in the wall created by the opposition is deemed to be not within the spirit of the game...standing on the pitch where they have every right to be, and yet diving, moaning, wining, swearing etc isn’t highlighted.

Comes inside too often.

I bloody love rumours, so fill your boots Cabbage Face et al. It’s what we all live off for the transfer window period. How boring would it be if we knew today who was leaving and who was incoming? Very - well it would be for me.

Forster on the bench

It’s all well and good getting him playing the way RH wants, and that could work well for a while. My concern would be when he’s dropped/rotated/subbed off and the fall out should he sulk like a baby.

Or give him a Vardy!

I've not heard any racist abuse at football since we were at the Dell - and let's face it, in most grounds these days the fellow supporters around anyone giving that stuff out would turn on them very quickly. If anyone makes a noise during a minute's silence the group around that person jump on it straight away...unless it's a cough etc. I find it hard to believe that in the Premier League these days (and this is going by what i hear) these guys get subjected to a huge amount of racist abuse pitchside. I may be wrong, but i haven't heard it for years. I think that homophobia in the game is a much bigger issue, given that players won't come out as being gay. As for Rose, take a stand if you feel like that and quit.

I'll do my very best to rally the troops tomorrow ....... on the 18.26 from Winchester!!

Of course, can't believe i asked that - thanks.

Austin shouldn’t be anywhere the starting 11, and only used in the last 10 if absolutely necessary. What’s happened to Ings then? Need to try and stay in the game for as long as possible. I’m fearing us being 0-2 down after 20 minutes and that basically being that.

In this day and age, and in an industry worth what it is, how does this sort of thing happen? How is it that the appropriate checks aren’t made? Baffling.
