So Fox pushes Lallana and he never comes back into the picture again? That's him out injured with a groin strain I guess

My fear is West Ham are very much like Newcastle, We will press them from the very beginning like we have done against Everton, Chelsea and Liverpool. If we don't take the early goal then they will grind us down and knick a goal by hitting us on the break. Whoever get's the early goal wins.... It's either Saints 1 West Ham 2 or Saints 3 West Ham 1

He's a Dutch international left back. However he is abit nuts. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2265008/Erik-Pieters-slices-arm-open-punching-window-red-card-PSV-Eindhoven.html

STOKE are set to beat Southampton to the £3.5m signing of PSV Eindhoven defender Erik Pieters. The Potters are in advanced talks with the 24-year-old and are confident they can land their man. Doubt he will sign for Stoke if they are on the brink of relegation. Who is he anyway?

Saints on the H/C - anyone else back them? You now have a dogs chance...

So if this comes in we win the Premiership title? Thats cool -
Indeed and it's a must win game to stay ahead of Liverpool. I hope it's the first team they put out as the EPL & relegation is safe
-
Liverpool won 3-2 which means they take the 3rd place for now while we have an away game to Manchester Utd coming up. (Must win game) It's hotting up as it's 3 from 4.

If you look closely you can see the reflection off the camera, definitely a white guy IMHO.

Ha ha what a fantastic start in the premiership. NOT.....

Remy should be made to rot in the championships as it will teach him a lesson in greed. Why on earth go to a **** team like QPR?
-
Totally agree, I can't wait for the prediction from the so called experts on us next season. Will they put us down as a relegation battle or chasing a top ten?

I'm not sure whether to laugh or not, read this thread on the Hammers forum. http://www.kumb.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=147105&sid=8d670507f31dc3ac64be850b18ca2a71

Have you ever wondered if we have done match fixing?
Pilchards replied to Pilchards's topic in The Saints
I remember we played Southend a few years ago and they was already relegated, great atmosphere that day and Saints had to win to stay up. Southend rolled over (4-0?) but the following season I think they took a couple of our squad players on loan, anyone want to correct me if I'm wrong? Anyway I reckon that happens a few times at many clubs. -

The amount of times a ref has had a shocker is amazing. Nothing stops a club approaching him and offering them an extra 100k, it would make my head turn that's for sure. -
The Totally Pointless La Liga talent thread

Lopez as a 3rd striker option to bring off the bench, a nippy winger like the one we missed out on to Liverpool & if they get rid of Gaston as we need someone to really deliver for 90 minutes then buy a good midfielder for 15-20 million. -
A dangerous topic I agree but it just got me thinking if you thought Saints have done match fixing? It's not so much as here's *#*# amount of money but more we will loan you a couple of half decent players the following season if you lay down a little. Over to you?
-
We are linked in the sun papers with a 20 year old keeper from Chelsea. Said we are interested in taking him on loan for the season. I can't see where he would be required as Boruc is showing his class and Gazzanigga can step it up next season. If Boruc wants too much money then I would hope for a class keeper who has seen it and done it.

Puffin is by far the best out there. (paid for mine as its truly worth it) Once you click away the X from the advertising you will be fine. Very rarely have I been booted off.

Callum Chambers and other young players on the books
Pilchards replied to benjii's topic in The Saints
Thats a fantastic report Papa, it's very interesting that we have so much talent in the youth academy and yes we do give them chances in the first team which helps the parents decide what's best for some of the kids. I guess if we produce just two class players out of the 10 mentioned then its fantastic progress. The other 8 know they will have a chance elsewhere as we breed footballers FULL STOP. I just hope one or two don't bite us on the bum if we turn away the wrong ones as we can't take them all. Very exciting for the youth players and the supporters as this club is flying in the right direction. Well done Southampton Football Club. PS we beat Arsenal last night although they had two of there best young players missing it still had the Arsenal staff drooling over some of our play according to some comments after the match. The general conversation was how we can step up such young players to the Under 21 format. -
If our run in was Man City, Arsenal, Everton, Liverpool & Cheldki then I would say we are safe, but as it's Stoke, Reading, West Ham & Sunderland Im not so sure.
