Lambert's had a chest infection for a while and Adkins was convinced he was not fit enough to play 90 minutes while Lambert totally disagreed with his decision to keep pulling him off.

The whole team are feeling it but IMHO Rickie is being treated strangely as Adkins does not think he's fit enough.

The big question is 'Something has got to change' I can't suddenly see the players gain the confidence which is draining from them everyweek and Adkins is not going to give it back to them the way it's going. I only hope Cortese has something lined up with these run of games coming up as we could quite easily shoot up the table with the right management behind us.

I believe the way he kept the same team for 78 minutes suggests that was his best team and he wants them to gell better. Still think he will survive for Saturday myself as the easier games are coming up. Positives? Gaston getting a run out Shaw making his debut Saints fans still backing the team and manager Negatives? give the ball away so cheaply Fox and Yushi are ****.

We need to be very tight tonight, if in doubt lump it out, anyone looking to tear us a new one take him out and finally use a formation that allows us to get players behind the ball 4-5-1. Give Ram a free role while everyone works hard arou d him as he has the quality to find that special ball for breakers. Boruc Richardson Fonte Mushi Clyne Cork Puncheon Spider Ramirez Jrod Lambert Lallana on the bench as he does not track back enough, but an able replacement for Ramirez on the 60th minute mark while Davis swaps with Cork and some quick legs for Lambert on the 80th minute. (depending on the score) Keep it tight with a solid formation please.

I would be really disappointed if we don't get them in straight away rather than haggle over the price with several options in mind. Like to see Phillips for the right flank and any defender than can (a) Head a ball (b) does not score own goals © can pass to a team mate (d) not give away stupid penalties.

So many people are saying we have played 8 of the top 10 and that it's too early to judge, I understand all that but it's the manner on how we have been turd in most of those games with a defence that has more holes than a Swiss cheese. Im going 2/10 because we lack an away formation that can stop the goals.

Just imagine we could say that come the end of the season we have played the top 19 teams and that it's not fair? I believe it does not matter who you played as a good team can beat anyone on it's day and at the moment we don't look like even getting a point.

Gaston has played two full 90 minutes since the Olympics I believe, hardly match fit or even close to it IMHO, but I see your point about Lee as he's been out far too long.

Like pass to a team mate? Seriously...... he has been back training for a while now but I doubt we will see him for a while as Lee was made to wait 3 weeks.

I would love if Adkins said the reason for the WBA defeat was tired legs

Winning breeds confidence, Im trying to workout if any player in our team has not tasted a victory yet this season?

Can't believe how strong the teams that Spurs, Man Utd, Chelsea and Liverpool have put out tonight. We don't have a game till next Monday and I just don't get it. Please don't say we had a tough one on Sunday as 48 hours is plenty of rest. Is Adkins scared to be ruthless and tell the fringe players I won't play you? Is he trying to keep a happy squad or something? I know the best way to bring kids forward is to play them with half decent players and not the pile of **** we have in the 3rd team. De Ridder, Chaplow, Seabourne & Jos should be shot and never to play for SFC again.

With the Xmas fixtures coming up I suppose we will try win one of them and give up on the others by fielding the reserves. I don't buy this rest bull**** because those they play internationals and European games are playing every 3 days, we could not even put the big guns on the bench because we thought the cold air in Leeds would hurt them.

How is it some teams can play European & Internationals matches on average every 3 days and we can't managed to play an average every 9 days if you count how many matches we've played since the start of the season? Adkins should at least put the big guns on the bench as 30 minutes is hardly going to hurt with a weeks rest. I fear he lost the bottle to the fringe players and played them to keep the peace.

Rickie is NOT on 70k a week........!!! He's not good enough to earn that kind of money and neither is Gaston. If you said we had Defoe or Walcott playing for us then I would understand that. Cortese IMHO would pay that amount out if it helped us to the next level.

How many points for what? a challenge for the title or to stay up? It depends on how the other teams get on really, I think we should take one game at the time and try scrape a boring draw away and get a win at home on every game we play now.

We should of left him at Gills if we never thought he was good enough if the first place. IMHO I was happy with him in goal for us.

I was thinking back to my days on playing and most times you never had much time as you always has a knob that would try kick you in the air. I suppose Prowse could provide the energy to close the spaces that we give other teams.
