  1. I would be guessing that the five year plan would have the expansion included in it. What's our owner plans for this club? Make it a top 10 Premiership club and that means 40k+ crowds. Would not be surprised it has not been discussed by Nicola yet considering we was asking the FA if we could be considered for the World Cup bid.
  2. Someone got a sticking o on there keyboard?
  3. We often talk about how passionate and hated the south coast derby is but compared it to the mersey, london and manchester one, we don't get any bone crunching tackles or full blooded rucks. Is this the reason why its not often talked about outside the Hampshire region because of the powder puff efforts on the pitch. What do you think?
  4. I find it difficult to judge the atmosphere as there is always noise in your own block to notice it elsewhere. The only way I woud believe it was good is if the Pompey fans on there forum said we was loud or the players in the middle say it was deafening.
  5. Don't look at me as I was in the Itchen corner. :-)

    Trouble?

Its sad that someone on here praises any kind of trouble, I was in the Itchen north which turned ugly as two Saints fans between me started brawling. Anyway I would like to add my comments regarding the trouble, Why the **** did the Police let the Pompey fans out the same time as us? It's brain dead and ****ing dumb.
  7. nah as I'm saving something special for wembley!
  8. The chuckle brothers :-) Anyway I'm outside standing order already as I've just finished my night shift. 'double vodka redbull coming up'
  9. sort it out guys as we need one more voice!
  10. sings 'We spent your gate money on these cards' [to the tune of (i've no idea)]
  11. If you have bet on the winning horse then you get loadsa money!! Seriously now, I love these threads but I would see one that is called 'Your message to the club' That way the players would feel the passion that is building up inside us.
  12. The stewards was told about it Tuesday in the meeting, it's used to get them directly to the main road which will be closed both ways so they can get on the coaches. Once clear they will release the woolston station lot over the bridge before the own car fans can walk off anywhere they need to go. The joke at the meeting was If they erected it around Portsmouth then crime across britain would decrease! :-)
  13. That's not correct! Train people will march from woolston to the ground and on entering the carpark we have errected 6 foot barriers to lead them to the turnstiles. Afterwards the 65 booked up coaches will be on a closed road for them to get back on the coaches and out the city while those train people are being held back 45 minutes to be marched to the station once it's all clear!

  15. They split them last year as they based it on equal rights, it was a surprise to Wembley how many Luton shifted. This time they know we have a large fan base and will act accordingly, I have no doubt we will get 50k + Gonna be the biggests travelling of away fans to Wembley ever. good stuff.
  16. I believe it was some Millwall fans that got the wrong date for the F A cup game.
  17. Yeah right! Like he is going to tell us for real how they are going to play it? The best chance they have is to kick lumps out of us and hope for reaction to get us down to 10 men.
  18. The way I look at this is people love these games as it's a chance to get one over our locals. I know a few guys from my workplace that are going and have not done so for a few years now. I personally know they are not trouble makers but they enjoy the banter between the barriers/stewards/police because they know they won't get hurt. Once out the ground they would walk home happy without even wanting to look for trouble. That's 99% of the supporters on Saturday who are like this while the very small minority ruin it for the others by taking it one step too far.
  19. Why not play Millwall first half and then Pompey second half to give them a chance to be fresher.

    SICK

You are kidding me, I totally hated it as it looked like someone had puked on it when some mud got on it!
  21. Haha that's good!
  22. That's my point. COACHED!!! can't think of the last manager we had that coached a player other than Strachan.
  23. Got talking to a steward last night and the 'head' steward is gunning for W******d because he got off lightly from the urine incident. They can't stop his arrival for the Saturday game which is a shame really. What ideas or suggestions can we help them with to see if they can make it a hattrick in throwing him out! Ps I believe he got kicked out before after he smuggled his bell in and the 2nd time was for standing on his seat I believe?
  24. There are plenty of managers that get results in our league with so much less. The one worried I have had for a few years now is when we buy a great player they start off so well and then they turn average. Noting Hammond here and my fears are Puncheon/forge too, we miss the George Prost method of coaching I guess

Love the top as my stomach muscles would look good in that kit but I must object to the shorts as I would hate to see Wayne Thomas flashing off his tackle!
