First up I expect the players and the management team are training in Spain this morning as you would not leave first thing after staying the night. So let's say the flight gets to Soton late afternoon, we then have talks and medicals which would suggest some news late tonight or early Weds morning. It's gonna be a long wait guys!

The breakdown I got was we agreed a deal with Palace on Thursday and Danns had talks on Saturday morning which he refused our first offer that meant he missed the trip. Since then I have no idea but I'm guessing he is waiting for the 2nd offer like Fonte did (if that snippet was true which I read on here)

We reach the championship, what kind of players do you think AP would be looking at during this years world cup. I would like to think we could attract any of the Japan players and start a love in by getting some Japanese supporters in St Marys.

Maybe the problem is getting the players down Staplewood for training as some do travel far. Training in the dome is good but there is nothing better than a bonding session and a chance to play on some decent outside pitches surely?

No its just my bad English. Heard yesterday it was a done deal thats all and I was just adding that he has not updated his twitter at all today which IMHO could be that he cant get on the internet in Spain ;-)

I hope all those players dont sign as we can only play 11 players. I think it will only be Danns, Fonte, Pericard and Elliott with a right back coming in too. However if AP trims the wage bill then he might get an extra in.

Heard last night that this Danns deal is done and that he will travel out to meet the team asap, might of already gone with the team!
