Honestly Puel has done okay this season for sure. However the biggest issue I have is he will not push us onto another level next season. With the players we have I honestly think they can get into the top 6 with a decent manager.

Jack Stephens is becoming a great player. Alongside VVD next season will be good as both of them can bring the ball forward pretty well.

I remember a situation like this once before and they even turned on the sprinklers just before kick off. I do believe our pitch has a great draining system so no matter how much rain falls it will be a dry pitch.

So basically the same people run the club with the Landers money invested in. This gives us more transfer fees plus an extension to the current stadium. What's in it for Landers if this is the case?

Is there a manager out there with Saints links? The only ones I can think of is Pahars, Hughes and Monk but they don't cut it for me. Such a shame the likes of Holmes, Le Tissier, Rideout or Lundekvam were not made for management then we would stability for once.

I also think Reed was glad to see the back of Koeman as he would not play any of the younger players.

I don't have a problem with Reed as we bring some good players in. Just need someone good to manage them like Koeman and Pottychino did. plus stop selling players to Liverpool.

I think we all gather this from the many rumours in the last few weeks. Puel knows he's on borrowed time and IMHO Reed knows this too. Once again we have to trust Reed to bring the right man in and don't take a stupid gamble this time.

No thanks. Spoke to a great Leicester fan recently and he said it was the assistance that got the players buzzing not the manager.

A manager is everything. So often you see things in every sport where teams become a force behind one great leader. I have only listened to one Puel interview and that alone was ****ing boring. The players must be going nuts when they see him every day as he is dull and painful to be around.

Also I read somewhere that if you take away the 3 games where we scored 3 goals in a game at home that leaves us with something like 7 goals in the other 14 games. Thats pretty ****.

He he did well with Pottychino, Atkins, Koeman and Pardew. Not sure he deserves to go on this average manager choice. I personally think he should stop selling to Liverpool no matter how much they throw at us and try to build a good first team.

Would be happy to play Sims, McQueen, Hojbjerg and Pied on Saturday as it would be nice to mix it up and hope for a goal.

I think it's more about the development for the future. If one is stopping a promising player then we will sell them at a price.

I don't ever recall selling one of our star in January. Reed likes the big deals in the summer and I really do expect VVD to stay one more season.

We have sometimes done things quietly and I would love it that the club surprise us one more time. I know I'm clutching at straws but this would give us fans the greatest pre season lift since Marcus took over.
