You give the impression that you have something to do with the club, well after reading a lot of your posts I wonder if you are in charge of the black box as you really are a poor judge.

tell me how many days a week you work, and how many hours? One thing Im not scared of is work.

well I recall him creating a few chances this season, but as usual with us we don't stick the ball in the net. I like JWP ( not quite your love) but he just doesn't seem to hold his place in the team when he got a chance. You must admit that his pace is a major problem, also he is not dventurous in his passing. I dearly want him to do well, but until he starts to play incisive passes he will always be a bench player

I think it is wrong to blame Hughes. To me the black box can pump out as much information as it wants but unless you have analysts who can read/assess the information you may as well not have it. From what I can see with the players coming in or through the acadamy we havent got anyone left with an eye for that unpolished diamond. Perhaps the best transfer would be to get paul mitchell back on board ot ( i cant recal his name) the man in charge who was here when lowe was here, he left to join the FA and I had a feeling he went to Fulham. That is where we need to invest and quickly, Reed has done the damage and we need him replced

I dontknow I haven't read them. I ve never heard of him

I suppose if somebody has little stake in society and pay no tax, the thought of JC can be a positive, in fact very appealing as they may well get more, but if you are a taxpayer and have strived and worked for decades to make a decent life, at the same time paying into the system shedloads the thought of him and the dark forces hidden behind him, I suggest it is a terrifying thought. IMO it will be a disaster that this country would not recover from in your lifetime, but I suppose for a lot of people who just want to draw out of society but put nothing back in they don't care. There is no really fair system, but having a society where nobody thrives is not worth having. The party and supporters of envy add nothing to this country, and when they take over, the downtrodden will still be downtrodden but just different people feeding from the trough at the top, history shows that

Im sure if Vladimir wanted them to go it would happen.

well that might have been the case, but that is why we are going backwards, as it seems we have a lot of here and now fans all of a sudden. We were a whisker away from having our second decent trophy, and we tore Liverpool a new one (again our poor goalscoring stopped the first leg being a cricket score) Les & co sold our goals and failed to replace them.Sadly we will never know what Puel could have done for us had he been given another year.

I wonder as there is a contridiction that those 2 were not military, perhaps they could be extridited to say Switzerland or another to be questioned once and for all. That would nulify the Wests position but I suspect they wont be as the information is correct that has been placed in front of the world

Very good post Turkish

It was a case that we had a bunc of players who were unable to score. I bet the chance created stats are higher than they are now, but we all got frustrated that we couldn't score and so the pot boiled.
-
yep difference is that he took over a dump that even a addict couldn't score, but there was likely to be a injection of investment and so Millbrook was likely to go upmarket and Mogadishu was going to stay the same. Very mush like Brexiteers the Puel outers cannot bring themselves to accept they were wrong. We didnt give him a chance to improve the team. Luckily LM was given time as now he would have been sacked well before he took us to glory.

well we are oh so better off now

If you really believe that with a far left government we could borrow money at a sensible rate. As soon as he got in the credit ratings agencies would drop our A rating and so all our borrowing would go up. We already have so much debt its crippling, hence austerity. I dont know how old you are but if you can recall the days when such things were nationalised then you might think differently. It was a complete mess, as all things there was a lack of investment and the government just couldn't fund it. The small profits in real terms that the rail franchises get is nothing in real trms if that was channelled into trying to improve the railways Read this little snippet yesterday The Labour leader is set to unveil a pledge to create 400,000 skilled jobs by building thousands more wind turbines, insulating millions of homes – and installing a solar panel on every roof in the UK Yep more spending that would cost untold millions/billions, adding nothing to the economy except more imports, add to that I own a Grade 2 listed home, It will look lovely with its array of solar panels on the roof. Destroying our beautiful villages with those monstrosities. Typical toadying policies to the left at the party conference.

Do you really think lenders are going to lend money to a Government that A. has a far left leaning government and B. to that government that has is stealing assets back from the owners, some of whom may already have interests in them At present we have a fairly good credit rating, but watch the money pour out as soon as we get a sniff of that lot coming in.

Perhaps but he is a poor pundit

I’m so glad I could say hello to you when we saw each other in the Northam MB. Top man. I don’t go much these days sadly as business commitments hold me back. But hopefully we’ll bump into each other at a game in the future

yep but at least the brainless will be away from here for a week

I sometimes tune in after match to listen to the aftermath summaries on Solent. The positive impact of John Williams who is so pro Bournemouth compared to the negative and constant negatives Merringotn puts is like chalk and chees. Bournemouth could lose 5-0 and Williams adds positives, whereas Merrinton hardly ever gives upbeat summaries. He is so dour and negative. About time we had someone reviewing Saints in a more positive way that lifts the depressed fan base after a game.

There is little or no optimism when you look at our squad. Ross Wilson must be the worst judge of a player when he has all the information put in front of him. It baffles me that it seems we buy players who are pedestrian , not athletic or have any pace. I know that the other clubs have been handed our best players on a plate , but the whole Southampton way is now forgotten, where we had a conveyor belt of players to take the place of talent that leaves. It must be down to a terrible back room staff who I assume have been hand picked by Reed, and they are not capable of seeing talent around the world.

No the keeper was the major culprit os he didnt do the simple take of the ball. The defender was at fault for not holding the line, but that would not have been the issue if the keeper had done his job. You can always point to more than one factor when letting in a goal, but normally there is one glaring mistake, and on this it was McCarthy
