  1. yep goons on a football forum, we know how that works lol
  2. You never close your ears when a bid comes in, And there's no relentlessness in your Liverpool trips, Your not trying to show it (Leslie) But Leslie, Leslie we know it You've lost that winning feeling, Whoa that winning feeling, We've lost that winning feeling, that winning feeling, Now its gone, gone ,gone, Bring back that winning feeling, That winning feeling. Cos its gone gone gone, and you can't go on, Leslie
  3. oh yep, it has become so easy since he left. It was a mistake to get rid of him, and I am certain we would be in a far better position now how we kept him. He would have his squad, and playing a more progressive game. He was unlucky to have been sacked, and Im pleased the Leicester fans are giving him more time than a lot of our goons did.
  4. Im still sad that Puel has left us. All the talk he has lost the dressing room there is patent nonsense
  5. Cedric will outmuscle and out jump Bentake lol Frigging Ronnie Corbett would have out jumped Cedric at the back post
  6. Problem is how many games did we ever get from our star players from the youth system. Not the bog standard ones but our ones that gave us the reputation. Forget not that Lallana , AOX came from elsewhere. Bale and Walcott were gone within a season. So personally what does having the youth players really do for my enjoyment as a fan?? I want to have a nice Saturday night with the contentment of a Saints win, I don't care if it is a 40yer who scored off his belly or a 17year old kid

we have already made large cuts to budgets in different departments apparently. The excuse being that as we finished low in the table there was less to spend.

well I watched Boro last night and they were the better side against the much vaunted Leeds. Not much hoof ball it seemed to me. Goodstuff was played by Boro IMO
  9. I only heard a snippet on the radio, and they said he was doubtful due to blisters. what has he done to get those???? New pair of branded boots for merchandising that don't fit properly??
  10. Is it right that Ings is out with blisters????
  11. well as you keep calling me Pal as a pet name, something Im patently not, I thought I would call you Dodger as my pet name as apparently I called you a tax dodger that again you are patently not
  12. Is that how you got to £300m for our squad by any chance??
  13. nice one
  14. yep, nothing seems to being done it seems
  15. Any clues to see this?
  16. The Iagree box keeps coming up and then you have to go on the privacy settings to knock all the notifications to off. Surely this can be remedied. I put save but it keeps doing this.
  17. Im not tired of experts at all Dodger, I just feel that when someone asks a percentage of people their voting habits some will not always be truthful. That will skew a result. Im not aware that it is law to tell a pollster who you voted for, but your experts who live in ivory towers and insulated from the real world accept every person is telling the truth. I have experience in knowing that so called experts have the wool pulled over their eyes quite regularly, although not in this field but generally. Hence museums have lots of fakes
  18. I may add, please let me know how correct straw polls have been in the last major elections ? 30k people canvassed or 30k labour supportersBTW
  19. Surely should be #clueless Pal
  20. Very good post IMO
  21. Polls and surveys are so inaccurate, I wouldn't hold too much credence in a poll of 30k people. A percentage don't tell the truth anyway. Fact is millions of people voted out and not all were Tories by a long shot, hence Sunderland , Grimby etc voted out.
  22. Yes I do know how such things work. Of course with all these things it depends on what fuel you feed into it to give it power. The fuel was starved for Puel as they didn't give him any players in the pre season and so the carbs were blocked.
  23. a damp rag that got us to 8th and a cup final. Strachan played pretty poor football and he gets lauded.
  24. the Guardian is not Labour supporting lol https://www.msn.com/en-gb/news/other/there’s-only-one-way-to-stop-brexit-from-the-ground-up/ar-BBMAm6C?ocid=spartanntp How is Brexit a Tory thing btw, there were as many Labour supporters voting for it but it has become a Tory policy!! The Tories happen to be in power and so their job is to follow the nations wishes, Im not happy that we are leaving but it is a poisoned chalice to have to negotiate it. Personally I think May is doing the best she can, considering that the EU hold all the cards.
  25. Most of his passes went astray when we got close the penalty area , so he will fit right in
