she can stay being a Chelski fan thanks. Of course when we are in CL and there is a chance of her being on the telly she might then remember her roots. As for Ewan Thomas I'm pretty sure he is a MAn U fan
-
I think they believe they are the Masons as they want to be so secretive
-
When he phoned to say he was going to give her a load on the face, I bet she regretted rushing over

Perhaps The MP who is married to/partner of who is a taxman has a conflict of interests. Surely he should put her straight on how much the club has robbed the exchequer . I wish our MP,s when we we were close to extinction had used their sway to help.

Amazing that a few on here were at the game away. It was the first away game I ever went to, my dad took me and my brother on the Saints supporters club coach. Not many saints f?ans there on the night, it was before segregation and tickets. We stood with the WHU fans on the side of the ground, I was 10 . Jenkins goal is something I will always remember, I remember how seemed to beat the whole team to score, and then Greaves got a very soft penalty to get a draw. A lifetime memory being with my brother and dad.

the media always like to rock the boat. No doubt their freinds Fat Sam and Pardew are happy to unsettle our club.
-
I wonder if the power the Portsmouth MP has been used by her other half who is high up in the HMRC, been used to call off the dogs.

I must say i have a lot of respect for Farmery as he is prepared to try and debate with Saints fans. Ok he is not winning it but he does not resort to name calling or not replying. i suspect his passion for PFC is cynically being used against him. At least he is trying, and so he can hold his head up high.

Surely the VIctory Lounge should now be for the away team
-
I would have thought that if the administrators job was to get the best deal for the creditors he should have wound them up some time ago when there was not only the asset of the football club, but players to sell and future Pp's. surely that would have left 10-20 m in the pot

very good summary IMO
-
West Ham are very poor. They are fortunate they had a good start. I assume they will stay up but next season they will struggle unless they change big time
-
No that is too liberal. They had at least 5 years of glory days and so going out of league football would be fine by me....oh and lose FP ....in fact losing FP and playing elsewhere will be enough.
-
if you are aiming that at me you again have shown you have no idea. Until the new manager came in MS was a negative midfielder, never did he run 70yards to finish an attack before, he has changed his role and may at last be showing true class. Forget not he was a defensive midfielder in front of one of the worst defences in the league. I at least have the backbone to admit I was wrong, unlike some I could point the finger at, lol
-
They are starting to get some medicine, but the glorious Wembley visits and trophies is hardly been paid back on the back of 2-3 poor seasons. When they drop out of the league then they may have nearly got payback. They still up til the last few months have been fielding some decent players, they have not shown any remorse for screwing charities and small businesses and are still not dead.
-
they need drums, bugles and Jerry Cottles circus to make an atmosphere so they have nothing to criticise
-
i was wrong and prepared to admit it, the reason he has changed my opinion is that the new manager has made him more effective ina more positive role
-
I have in the past been scathing about Morgan, I now will concede that was a misjudgement. He seems to have become a different player since the new manager has arrived and now looks like a superb midfielder
-
unfortunately for NA he had a blind spot when it came to RL being a top PL striker,in the end decisions/judgement like that cost him his job.
-
thye got away with harassing the last lot of players to take cuts and feel they can do the same again
-
i think Jordan stayed at PFC as 1 he hoped for the job there and also RL wanted to keep Wigley?? or another. Jordan is the the consistant when HR is successful, take him away and HR flounders IMO
-
it is amazing how the can fund such players. I can only assume they still have plenty of dosh in the bank to fund this. It may also point to the case that they will not attempt to come out of admin til the season ends so that the -10 does not get applied this season. the thinking being that if they can cling to L1 survival this season they can then get a decent squad ready for next season and hope to make a push for promotion. Why else throw good money after bad?
-
It was RL big mistake not bringing Jordan with HR. HR is nothing without Jordan, he instills a big of fear and fight into a squad. If he was in ur staff when HR was at SMS he would have added some steel into the team

I suspect he has bought an option to purchase. They are a fantastic way to make a killing with a little outlay. If you have assets and ever sign up to an option to purchase you are stuffed until the time that is agreed is up. These can be written on the back of a fag packet, as long as you get an agreed price and date when it is til, the owner of the property cannot sell to anyone else whatever they are offered. i used it once and it was a great vehicle to buy, the owner of the property tried to gazump me but couldnt as it was registered and so his double dealing got him nowhere.
