Yep in the second half that whole end would have been full

As a business owner ,whoever gets in it will cost me more. Brown has at long last admitted his mistake in taking away the regulation of the banks when they came into power. That was one hell of a mistake, and if he thinks owning up to it he will be forgiven, that is another gaff. It's like pressing the nucleur button and then saying , 'oh I got it wrong that time, I'll learn from that mistake' Cameron seems a decent man but I dont like a lot of his people (Hague is the exception) Clegg , well he's a Liberal all open toe sandals, bushy beards and wishy washy Guardian readers. Vince cable is Ok but I saw him make a fundamental error when he was debating finance on Newsnight when talking about the debt crisis. As a nation we need somebody with real conviction and able to grasp the nettle. We have such an underclass of shirkers, chavs and hangers on that in time will get to a tipping point that outnumber the normal decent man in the street.

Clegg as well, what about Mandelson? No doubt he will demand closer relations with Brazil Hung parliament is bad news BTW

They are so ashamed of being Skates they don't want to sit together as a group lol. Spread out make us look more.....or harder to hit. To be fair all of those fans are proper football fans who live and breathe their club.I salute them.
-
I dont go on rivals sites giving it the big one. Sadly some saints fans do, why I'm not sure. I do hope they dont disappear whe the going gets tough like the Skates do on here.
-
but he is not a neutral, but a pompey fan reporting on a Man city site. It is amazing how the Skates are appearing on here again. Only Mack Rill was consistant.

i dont know about the contract issue and pre jan, just the little I know about the situation. I hope Antonio understands his future is better served here, but Reading are a division higher and their new manager seems to be getting them moving up.
-
He is at this time, their player. They are able to offer him a renewed contract during this time and they want him. If he was one of our players out on loan and we knew he was likely to be a free agent Im sure3 the fans would be baying for us to get him resigned. He has impressed the new manager ,especially his performance in the JPT final.
-
The interesting take on this for me is that a normal administrator is liable for extra costs/debts. This one seems to have won the lottery and on a spending spree. The lawyers and consultancy bills must be quite high,or is he doing it all himself?
-
Reading have watched his progress , especially in the JPT and their new manager wants him back. So dont tear yourselves up whether he will sign . I believe it is out of our hands.
-
yep lets tell him, that will stop him leaving us Lol
-
why cant they put some of their reserve players on the bench or youth team. No sympathy did we get when we had so many forwards injured we had to play our 16 and 17year olds up front at Everton in our relegation season. There is no excuse for not having a full allocation of subs. It was just them trying to make a point about playing a weakened side but alos keeping back players who may have clauses in their contracts due to games played kick in.Dindanes last game will be the final, he wont be seen playing before then
-
So the old Ho has returned, the arrogance with him Lol. 'Just what are they have supposed to have done to help us?' How about opening transfer windows, letting you sign players on loan with loan fees when you were trading whilst insolvent, taking no action regarding all the trading whilst insolvent, offering parachute money to tie you over, letting you trade whilst all others couldn't, turn a blind eye to your transgretions..its a bit like Life of brian 'what did the Romans do for us?' Let's just wait and see, any news on next seasons s/t sales after your mate said tghey would exceed 13.500 to about 16k I suspect you will be telling us they will hit about 20-25k. Your time of media coverage and limelight is fast slipping away, not many will be sorry to see you go and keep those memories strong as they may be at present but they will fade
-
Boatang Dindane etc will suddenly develop back ache and not be fit to play any games until the final. I was surprised that on sunday that the players who had come back from injury were able to play 120 minutes. I think Spurs turned up expecting to win and when I saw Crouchie laughing as he missed another chance, showed they didnt care. HR did not get off his seat and changed the team to its detriemnt IMO. After saying that Pompey did what they needed to do, and I was very disappointied how poor Spurs were. Luck has been following Pompey for quite a few years now and sooner or later it will run out...when? who knows
-
Hold on, it was not a case of buying players for survival though was it? You bought a team of all stars and some were on 90k a week. That is not what Saints or any other club with small means did. Dont try and make out that little old Pompey tried to skrimp and save and used a load of hardened journeymen. The fact is you bought the success you had and now are crying like girls because you should pay up. Blaming everyone but yourselves. Get some b#### and take any penalties you get, at the moment you have got away with murder and the authorities seem to be unable to do anything about it

So Lambert should be looked at as they lost to no hopers last night. FFS nobody wins every game and to pick below average results is just trying to make mischief, who has posted this commment.....oh Alps
-
I think a lot of people fail to factor in self interest. All along i have mentioned that the PL chairman Dave Richards introduced one of the arabs to Pompey. He will do any thing IMO to keep out of the flak and so do what is required to help them whilst he is under their remit. The FL have said nothing, but it is unfortunate that one of MM people has now taken over from malwhinney. MM has a lot of self interest in Poimpeys books not being really looked into IMO as well. It is a den of snakes and only the HMRC or Fraud squad have a chance of giving Pompey their just desserts.

I always have been against loaning money if possible. How much is the clutch?
-
At present I dont believe either!!!
-
It is a nonsense, and needs the people who know how these things work to explain it to us. I would have thought HMRC would have croied foul, but they just seem to be like little pussycats, and since Brown said what a great club Pompey are HRMC seem to have pulled back, all coincidence of course but they have lost their teeth it seems

Where does this leave Vantis and their SOA? They were put in to find the state of the club and now the debt has risen by 20m or more!!! If they had produced a SOA on the day of the High court judgement the registrar would have had to close them down. In theory their bad accounting if this really is the case , has cost us the taxpayer 10m + Lots of questions to be answered IMo
