There has been a lot of dirty tricks played in last year or so.Has this grenade been thrown in to effect one of ther bidders??? People know that just a mention of RL gets the fans going ,why would RL want to go anyway at this delicate time.It doesnt make sense the more you think about it.

What if RL has brought an investor and only the go between.Are we in a position to scupper any consortium? We should let the club get taken overe and then decide.If we fold there is no club to argue about. Dont be too confident that there are a multitude of buyers.Rumours on here today that of the 4 left 2 have walked!! Listening to South Today Fry has said the offers have been very poor as we have been relegated.Are we being softened up for 'it is only 1 bidder' and 'if we dont accept his offer 'etc. I really am torn between having no club or RL's reurn. To be fair when he came back it was lot more than £4m. I have been party to lot of things that made my toes curl in the last few years about the clubs finances. It was always likely to happen I agree. Relegation was a big part, but you act as you are at that time not spend as though you still have PL riches. Even at rock bottom prices the club is having trouble getting people to risk their money and it is getting worrying as the clock moves on. There are 1 or 2 regular contributors who are very quiet at present and perhaps their people are either nearly owning the club or have run off as quick as their bentleys can take them after they read the books!

This is the problem of the internet, you can make assessments without knowing the truth of it. I stood behind the principle of financial prudence first, then build the rest from that. I dont want to go into a long debate about the right and wrongs of RL's tenure yet again though.
