I have never been a member of the Trust and only casually know LS, but I think it is wrong to have a go at all of these people who care enough to give their free time. Many of the directors should take note.

Askham, Richards, Windsor-Clive, Withers, Wilde

I agree with you.At that moment in time he was right to question Wilde, now it may be a different scenario and he needs to tell us again what is going on. -

No I thought it was an interesting article and he opened up the goings on in the boardroom at that time. He laid out what was happening there and then and showed what a load of ducking and diving peole we have there. If only there was a serious alternative, LC is one who would put money up, but not enough and I dont see him uniting the fans either. -
I do hope when we go into administration you will feel good seeing the poor employees at the bottom who are really hurt by it.

Stanley is most definatley not a Skate. Not that i know him, but just of a different view than some.

If you put yourself back to that time when all was going on, it shows to me he was a shrewd judge. It would be good to read his thoughts on things now. I found it amusing seeing how some of our board were happy to jump ship and alos take the money. We sure have a barrel of snakes at the top. -
the 14.5 would be added to the bit they had already.MM may well be able to absorb it, NP has indeed shown himself to be a good manaager for them and I have to hold my hand up at this moment in time to say he has done better than Iexpected , he has indeed got a fantastic squad for that league but still has to get it right to get the results.

Is that a tongue in cheek comment? It is very interesting reading and gives me little more faith in that particular man than some of theo thers mentioned on here. -
Stanley you would happily take charity from MM then? It would have been better if they had said Ashley or Lowe or Madjeski or Lowe or even that bint from Norwich or Lowe.

Leicester lost 14.5m last year!!! MM must have taken a big dive.He is fortunate they are riding high as 2 seasons of those losses and he would be in trouble.Their crowds will rise and promotion must now be a certainty so the money will come in to reduce this years loss for them.

Baj my computer crashed at 7.45 last night and couldnt get on and so the problem is earlier than near the end of the game.

Il Falconaire (Italian)restaurant Brompton Road South Kensington has always been reasonably priced and good food.

its odd how things change.Last season and early this the Leicester fans were baying for Fryatts to be got rid of and also they were not that happy with NP. Times changed and now Fryatt who couldnt score for toffee last season has scored 25 goals.

still think the transfer window was a success?
OldNick replied to lordswoodsaints's topic in The Saints
All due respect Lordswood but if the big offers had come in they would have been sold. The hysteria about some of the players being wanted was always over egged IMO. If we had sold a couple we may have onl6y got 500-700k in and we wouldnt have got much for that.It was unfortunate that the Dutch forward didnt materialise (although I was sceptical about that one anyway) -
I would not want Mandaric here period.if the choice was a chairman who would invest like him then yes without a doubt.I expect everyone would wish for that but if you have no pride and are happy to feed from his bowl and prostitute yourselves then go ahead.

In a time when people in finance have lost their nerve the last thing we need is them to start taking our credit away. You are dealing with peoples livlihoods here FFS. If administration comes all the poor 'little people' at the club dont get paid and are the ones who really get hurt.Go for RL etc by all means but think about the people who will be really hurt if a protest like this makes people wiht no connection to our club decide to lose their nerve and pull the plug. March and do whatever else that is legasl but dont risk messing with those who are just day to day employees.

I have never noticed the Leon and Lawrie box before. Why do they need to have their names on it like that, sounds like an old music hall act. -
perhaps its a conspiracy to have the old southern league reformed.

Are you Stewart(stuart) who phoned 606 the other day and Radio Hants?

I couldnt go last night but have read the posts on the game and the little faith i had in the change has gone today.I was told of the players finding a new found confidence and my collegue was sincere, I haven't tried to contact again and will speak later in the week.

I was snowed in last night and couldnt get to teh game.I watched a bit of Holloway on Sky and he was saying that saints had 2-4 chances early on but could see that SU had a belief that their position in the league gave them.He said he could see Saints losing their way.that was 30 minutes in.I could then see what was going to happen and didnt turn it back on until just before 10 and caught the goals, not knowing the score, when it said and in the 90th minute and Surman scored I was disappointed but thought a point better than nothing and then it carried on with SU in possession and the worst dawned on me. My friends info that the team were buoyant and things were inded better under Wotte had given me confidence that we were on the way up. That faith is now seen by me to be misguided after reading the many reports on the game.I did think w3e would lose last night as it always seems if you do anything to get a game played it backfires. Very down today.

The Echo and Wotte - both ****ing me off...
OldNick replied to Channon's Sideburns's topic in The Saints
Lol, GB was appointed by RL and kept on by the Wilde bunch and LC. NP may be a god to you but he is not to me.He did an adequate job and took us very close to relegation. From a person who views us from afar and saw that when he came in we were closer to the play offs and when he managed his last game for us we stayed up on the last day , they would perhaps think that he was not thebees knees. Yes he is doing very well at Leicester but that is no guarentee he'd do any good anywhere else. The fans on the march saturday did it with dignity and are universally respected for that, but dont get all precious if the rest of the world are not that interested.
