  1. I'd keep the same eleven as last week with the exception of bringing in a more defensive midfielder (Clasie/Romeu) in place of JWP to provide more solidity. Bit harsh on Prowsey to be fair, but it's a squad game. See us getting a point.
  2. He is mate. Check out the video posted here yesterday
  3. Well chuffed. We can salvage this season yet.
  4. Absolutely buzzing! Great bit of business, welcome on board Charlie son!
  5. Have a Watford supporting mate. Makes it sweeter.
  6. Brilliant news! Couldn't make it up!
  7. Very sad news. Saw him live about 20 years ago. Proper legend. RIP
  8. The9 to the main board. Calling The9 to the main board...
  9. Merry Xmas to all Saints fans from the Cork outpost. Will happily swap my new Saints tracky top for 3 points tmr
  10. Nonsense thread. Long has been relatively decent in terms of the limited chances he's been given. Difficult for a striker to make a massive impact when he starts once in a blue moon and routinely gets the last 10/15 mins.
  11. Would be very difficult to replace Pelle for under £30m, bloke is truly the mutt's nuts when in form. Love to see him give us a few more seasons
  12. Both goals beautifully orchestrated but that 2nd half was awful. Still, will take 2-0 ta very much
  13. Delighted with this. Jose's rise mirrors that of the club. Great stuff, now 3pts today please, sealed with an overdue Jose goal; )
  14. Good stuff. Looking forward to cup final, assuming we get past Bray. We are due a result against your lot...
  15. Cork City. Born nr Southampton but lived in Cork since a nipper Trivia fact: City were Shane Long's first club
  16. Spot on. During the 90s and early 00s we were good value for at least one 5 or 6 goal pummelling each season.
  17. In no particular order.. Ian Brown -Olympia Dublin- 2001 Underworld-Creamfield Fest-2008 Daft Punk-Marley Park Dublin-2006 Sultans of Ping-Sir Henrys Cork-1992 Pet Shop Boys-Electric Picnic Fest-2006 Orbital-Oxygen Fest-2004
  18. Every time that ad comes on, I'm up off the couch shouting abuse at him and his sh1tty beard. Now reached the stage where the missus will flick channels as soon as it comes on. She'll never understand...
  19. Just watched it tonight, what a top bloke he is and what a fantastic job he did at Saints. I remember when I heard the news that Nigel had been sacked it felt like death in the family, proper devastated.. Hope he does well at Sheffield, nothing but respect and best wishes for the bloke.
  20. UA stuff seems very hit and miss, those Tottenham shirts in particular are ghastly. Umbro for me please..
