lordswoodsaints Posted 30 June, 2009 Share Posted 30 June, 2009 Stop perservering with pinnacle. Now that players have been or will be sold the deal is not as it was,it must be lower. If other bids were lower, the Swiss etc, then let them have a crack.pinnacle have been given more than a fair go and they still can't complete. MLT or not, this has to stop before it's too late...and if MLT has the club at heart then he should encourage fry to move on to another bidder. I just hope somebody can complete, even if it is pinnacle but that is looking less likely by the minute. We have been told that pinnacle had a 5 year plan to get back to the premiership but I have been told that it has now become a 3 year plan just to get out of L1. Tbh it would be nice if pinnacle just had a plan.

I think Fry already is discussing with other buyers but nobody seems to want to buy but Pinnacle may still do so I would take it if we got out of League 1 within three years there is little chance of doing it this year I would have thought Edited 30 June, 2009 by John B

Joesaint Posted 30 June, 2009 Share Posted 30 June, 2009 Whatever we say will not make a difference. Fry will be doing all he can but to be honest I recon pinnical will get it today and the club can then move forward. COYR
INFLUENCED.COM Posted 30 June, 2009 Share Posted 30 June, 2009 Stop perservering with pinnacle. Now that players have been or will be sold the deal is not as it was,it must be lower Mnay have posted how the Swiss deal is less as is/was the 'MJ' consortium, surely the sale of these players confirms that Fry is preparing for the failure of Pinnacle and ensuring creditors still get what they agreed to. McGoldrick deal was agreed before anyone made an offer, Davis is out of contract and the Surman deal isn't confirmed and even if it was isn't that surprising given that we're in League One and he's an occasional England U-21 with a couple of seasons of CCC experience... Pinnacle have had a fair crack because they stumped up the half million for exclusivity. I am sure he would support what he thought was the best bid for the club, be it from Pinnacle or this Swiss consortium. Don't hang them yet. Matt said Monday or Tuesday, so at least wait and see what happens today before hanging them. After today they are fair game.
Leslie Charteris Posted 30 June, 2009 Share Posted 30 June, 2009 Stop perservering with pinnacle. I guess we've got to give them until the end of the day. MLT still seemed optimistic in the video interview he gave to the Echo from the golf course yesterday. Mind you I'm always optimistic at the start of a round of golf. The9 Posted 30 June, 2009 Share Posted 30 June, 2009 Yeah, misguided as it may seem I could see it of Surman due to the local links and the fact he's never played anywhere else, etc. but Davis was out of contract and I'm not surprised he's taken whatever offer(s) there are/is - especially a nice pay rise like the one he'll get at West Ham. He job is to try and look after the creditors. The fact that people wanted administration was not the reason the PLC took this course of action. They did it because we didn't have a pot to **** in, and owed a bit of cash elsewhere.
