Erm....the 2 sets of fans live in the same city. I'm sure they'll just about manage if they're going to be at games 20 miles apart from each other.

They may live in the same jungle, but they will be together as separate tribes, many wearing their tribal costumes and carrying their weapons. Having imbibed the intoxicating liquor, the falling down juice in copious quantities if they should happen to meet, either by accident or by design, things could well escalate. They will begin by insulting each other with their tribal songs, somebody from one tribe will throw something at their rivals and it will progress from there.

Anybody from the Saints tribe would do well to let them get on with it and kick the sh*t out of each other.

The UI had an article about this - not a good idea to come by train from the Salisbury area on Saturday!

Not a problem Phil, there is now an hourly service in addition to Bristol trains that starts at Salisbury goes to Southampton then via Eastleigh to Romsey and then back via Eastlieigh, Southampton to Salisbury so plenty of room for those from Salisbury or Romsey and avoid all those from Bristol both going down and back.

If its anything like last year there will be a special train layed on for the city fans from Temple Meads Station direct to Southampton, I would have thought the same would be layed on for Rovers fans from Parkway Station. So shouldn't be an issue!

That sounds like it takes hours, the old one stopping at Dean, Dunbridge et al was bad enough - can't see any of the Salisbury mob wanting to spend any more time than necessary on a train instead of in the pub
