Legod Third Coming Posted 6 December, 2008 Author Share Posted 6 December, 2008 You just gotta love him havent you !!!! Probably be underdogs ? No ? Really ? I think I'm alone in this, but I find him quite endeering - like an old uncle who still sleeps with his blunderbuss under the bed but looks after the gardner and housemaid when they retire... I was at a hotel a couple of weeks ago and picked up the magazine from my coffee table. It was called something like 'Hunting, shooting and fishing'. Whose face should greet me from the very page I opened at random - you've guessed it... There he was winning the local Glos shoot with his team, gundog at his side... VectisSaint Posted 6 December, 2008 Share Posted 6 December, 2008 indeed or perhaps he realises that Manure will not play most of their stars, and hence we will be playing their reserves, which at least will make things a bit more even.

There same reserve side that put 5 past Blackburn. They've probably got the best squad in world football, I don't think it makes much difference if they play Rooney or Tevez, Scholes or Anderson, Nani or Park etc

More like an old uncle who squanders the family fortune through their inept decisions and bankrupts us. The estate workers then have no homes and no pensions. "Rupert Lowe, the chairman of Southampton FC, is ranked as one of the finest shots in the country. And Marco Pierre White, the celebrity chef, is such an avid “gun,” as shooters are generally known in England, that he takes out his 12-bore up to four times a week during the season." Johnny Shearer Posted 7 December, 2008 Share Posted 7 December, 2008 I dont understand the constant barraging of Lowe. Its not going to get you anywhere is it? Anyhows I thought you wanted Saints to lose their matches?
Mole Posted 7 December, 2008 Share Posted 7 December, 2008 I dont understand the constant barraging of Lowe. Its not going to get you anywhere is it? Keeping an anti Lowe campaign going is of upmost importance. Until his negative presence is cleansed from the club we'll never be able to start rebuilding. Anyhows I thought you wanted Saints to lose their matches? So long as SMS attendances stay low that's enough to see the club go into admin so hopefully we'll get Lowe Out without having to be relegated. So long as SMS attendances stay low that's enough to see the club go into admin so hopefully we'll get Lowe Out without having to be relegated. Hmm that does seem a tad negative to me on hoping we keep losing games to drive Lowe out - as I don't think its conducive to Saints' plight.
