Trouble is cheerleaders in america get run out for a dance and a wiggle every 10 minutes or so, and as a result they get paid a lot of money. Most times I have seen dancers on the pitch they've been around 16-18 years old. Most likely made up of girls from local dance groups. Same at the cricket with the ones who dance during 20/20 games.
