Scummer Posted 6 January, 2009 Share Posted 6 January, 2009 Doesn't say a lot for the fantastic football we are playing does it?
trousers Posted 6 January, 2009 Author Share Posted 6 January, 2009 Doesn't say a lot for the fantastic football we are playing does it? Indeed. You'd have thought all this pretty football in the middle third of the pitch would have received some recognition by now....
ottery st mary Posted 6 January, 2009 Share Posted 6 January, 2009 Some of the pretty arrangements we have in the middle of the park have received nominations in the up coming Chelsea Flower Show.
SaintRobbie Posted 6 January, 2009 Share Posted 6 January, 2009 LOL - hadnt realised Kelvin had won it quite as often as he has. Yes it speaks volumes for Total(ly naff) Football.

Master Bates Posted 6 January, 2009 Share Posted 6 January, 2009 August - David McGoldrick Imagine if Nottm Forest made a bid to get him back, would that be good or bad?
krissyboy31 Posted 6 January, 2009 Share Posted 6 January, 2009 Just a hunch! I reckon they gave it to Kelvin by default after the true winner left the club!
Whitey Grandad Posted 6 January, 2009 Share Posted 6 January, 2009 Imagine if Nottm Forest made a bid to get him back, would that be good or bad? Notts County? We are desperately short of forwards so unless we can swap him for 2 or 3 others, perhaps not. He certainly needs a kick up the backside and like most of them, he's nowhere near fit enough. Fowllyd Posted 7 January, 2009 Share Posted 7 January, 2009 Yep, knew it was one of them, ok...... Imagine if Nottm Forest made a bid for McGoldrick, would that be good or bad? If he stays, he'll maintain his current devastating form. If he goes, especially to one of our relegation rivals, he'll score for fun. Tough one to call then... Whitey Grandad Posted 7 January, 2009 Share Posted 7 January, 2009 Yep, knew it was one of them, ok...... Imagine if Nottm Forest made a bid for McGoldrick, would that be good or bad? It depends on the fee. How much should we pay them?
1976_Child Posted 7 January, 2009 Share Posted 7 January, 2009 Super Kel deserves it. He hasn't exactly been idle this season has he! I reckon he has been in action more often than our strikers. (sorry, strikers is not the right word. To be a striker one has to occasionally strike the ball...
egreog Posted 7 January, 2009 Share Posted 7 January, 2009 Smacks of a team heading for oblivion if the goalkeeper keeps winning player of the month......... no doubt he is the deserved winner, however how sheepish and embarrassed the rest of the clowns that masquerade as professional footballers at SMS must be month after month!! the saint in winchester Posted 7 January, 2009 Share Posted 7 January, 2009 They'll be asking us to vote for Player of the Season soon. Should be a no-brainer. They can start inscribing the trophy now!

Wade Garrett Posted 7 January, 2009 Share Posted 7 January, 2009 A bit of credit should go to Keith Granger for Kelvin's excellent form.
