redkeith Posted June 19 Posted June 19 I tried to watch the fifa club thing today using fawanews and other sites via windscribe and mothing is working.i I have tried different servers in different countries , a laptop and an android tablet. All no good. Is anyone else having problems ? Also, curious to know if IPTV is still working. I am used to sites disappearing, but not all at once , I realise that it is not Saints related ATM , but it will be in August .
LeBizzier69 Posted June 20 Posted June 20 I've used the same specialist provider of sports (and other) channels for 5 years now.....generally excellent so long as the wifi is up to it. Plenty of options out there if you don't mind paying £50-100 per year ish. Not sure if that helps at all - only streaming issues i'm having right now is from the sodding hayfever.
redkeith Posted June 20 Author Posted June 20 Thanks for the response, I will probably go for an IPTV on the firestick for next season, but I do like having a streaming option on my tablet, so I can keep one eye on a game while watching something non football with my wife . I think I might have clicked on something on Windscribe to block streaming..... never click on a message without your glasses on !
S-Clarke Posted June 20 Posted June 20 (edited) Keep in mind that Amazon are developing their own Bespoke OS for Fire TV/FireSticks with a closed App Store (Vega OS, based on Linux I think), no one knows for sure but I'd say it's pretty likely you won't be able to sideload apps anymore. Nvidia Shields are another option, full Android OS based. Bit more expensive, but you can do loads with them. Edited June 20 by S-Clarke

As I already have a firestick that I put into developer mode myself, I hope I that will still work for IP TV
steve green Posted June 20 Posted June 20 I use Windscribe vpn to connect to streaming sites or if I wish to fake my location. It was working fine when I tested it this morning. 1
Saint86 Posted June 20 Posted June 20 Are there any good recommendations for particular products / options for next season?

The service I use has an app for fire stick and one for iOS etc so you can still log in on iPad and watch content too. 1
