Forest Away

Can I assume that they are delaying the release of these tickets to see whether or not we will be in business by then? I know the Burnley game was the deadline.

It is only 3 weeks away, generally tickets are on sale by then, especially for a game where I expect us to take near our allocation and sell out it there is a mathematical chance of survival.

Are things really that serious?

Not sure, I am going to be in the 'sensible' hotel, as I am one of the few of us taking the missus up to Nottingham ( she's shopping, not football.... I hope ), the other half are no doubt in some backend, £5 a night hostel run by Kosovans

I think we are going to plump for the Park Inn, has a swimming pool and steam room etc to get rid of the hangover before driving back on Monday!

They normally give away fans the lower tier of the Bridgford(?) Stand which holds about 4,700 - bet they offer us a lot less as it's likely to be a massive game (probably more so for them as we'll likely be down). The capacity is 30,000ish so guess they only need to offer 3,000?

Went last season when they played Orient with a Stoke fan.We went in the away bit and a dont think the lower bit is that big!couple ofc thousand at most!Unless we get the whole end!

David Luker has already confirmed to someone on here we're getting 4,300.

If home tickets have only just gone on sale, either expect an announcement saying they'll go on sale on Tuesday, or some sort of priority scheme which they're still cooking up. To be honest I don't think there's time for pre-registration or the like now, would imagine it'll just go down the normal route.

If we are down by then will we still sell out? Relegation party... :-)

Half of me kinda hopes we are down by then so at least we will be spared 90 minutes of agony, we can concentrate on a f***ing good jolly instead :-)

For what its worth I think we are good as down and the fat lady will be clearing her throat by 5pm tomorrow, I'd just prefer to get it over and done with sooner rather than later.... just hope the league doesn't throw the book at us and we start next season on a deficit of minus 10 (or more), or we could soon be fighting for our lives in League Two :-(

The away section looks massive - judging by the Bristol City game on The Championship.

We should get the whole stand to ourselves a la the Derby 2nd leg.

Shame it will be too late - though there are 3 reasons to take Forest with us:

If relegation is our destiny i wouldn't mind us losing to Burnley and being relegated on Saturday. I'm travelling wiht 5 Forest mates and sitting in the mainstand so at least if i know we're down i'll havew had a week to get used to it and can enjoy the game in a "pre-season friendly" kind of way. That said knowing Saints and they will probably beat Burnley only to lose in the last minute against Forest - just to spoil my **** up down the pub.

I'm taking a real chance on my travel and accommodation arrangements for this one..

I've decided to get my 65 split screen VW out from her covers, give her a quick service (ooerr!) then its 60mph all the way and two nights with two pished up blokes in a camp site close as possible to the night life..It's got disaster all over it, and then there's the game!

All tickets sold from the first allocation. Club have requested second allocation but Forest won't release until after the weekend.

Why can't we at least demand the 10% - 3,000 - 'cos if they can segregate the end with 2,100 Saints fans then surely they must be able to do it with 3,000?

anyone have any idea what chance we have got of getting more tickets off forest. If its unlikely a few of my mates are going to try and get tickets in the forest end.

I think they are waiting to decide on this weekends results. If we are down then clearly we wouldn't need anymore tickets, if we need to beat Forest to stay up hopefully we'll get the extra 2200.
