  1. To be honest, there may have been more. Like you, i didn’t last much longer... heard that, assumes that’s what was being referred to and switched off.

  3. Saw us linked to an American CB a few days ago, Aaron Long, who plays for..... NY Red Bulls

  5. Suggested Mings in the summer. MLG said he wasn’t good enough. Also suggested Cahill, again, MLG said he wasn’t good enough... Moral of the story, MLG is a complete din.
  6. I’m guessing the above poster is either the yank who’s podcast or is or the geezer from the athletic trying to drum up business.
  7. “Southampton are basically a red bull club” Talk about josh sims and some analysts moving to NY RB and ya taking Ralph and playing a similar way to lipzig (well no ****, it’s the same manager)... I’m not buying it (the Red Bull link) personally.
  8. The only decision that Les can actually be credited for is taking the decision to appoint Koeman, which, was a great one... partially down to allowing him to have a significant input in transfers (Pelle and Mane). He also let Koeman leave, because the arrogant c**t thought he could easily do better and believed his own hype. When NC was here, he was relatively small fry *****il he stabbed him in the back to take his job, from what I believe). Overall, I’d give Les a 4/10 and it’s only a 4 because of the 2 great seasons under RK.
  9. Out of interest, what was that different? Yes we played a bit better than we have been, but we still concede really soft goals and we’re still not that clinical. You can be unreal from box to box, but if you’re arguably the weakest in the in both boxes (which won’t change without significant investment) then you’re going down.
  10. Spot on. On paper looks a decent result, but arsenal, on current form are a bottom half team
  11. Live on sky in a must win at home. We’ll huff and puff, look okay at times but fall away and draw 1-1
  12. Lol
  13. I’m a realist buddy. Been watching us for too long to know that we’re doomed (obviously unless something out of the ordinary happens in January)... Can defend, can’t put teams to bed, give up when the going gets tough.... the players already act like it (as shown in the 9-0 defeat).
  14. Because we’re not very good, mentally weak and didn’t put them to bed. Let’s not beat around the bush, we played okay, but Arsenal are a shambles... That’ll be us gone now I’m afraid... only saving grace is Watford up next who are equally as bad (just a shame it’s at home).
  15. Is anyone surprised
  16. You’d hope that most have relegation clauses in their contract... however, I don’t think it’ll matter, well still have too many average players on ridiculous wages. Said it before, we will go bust under Gao.
  17. Saw a bit of fuse on twitter about him as he was seen in Southampton.... nothing to see here though, he lives in Winchester

Let’s get it right, she was a ****e owner before the Gao situation. Never had any ambition or willing to push us on. Wanted to get by on the bare minimum. Believed in Les’ bull**** (he has a massive part to play as well), Got lucky with Koeman, not so much since then. All in all, she was an awful owner
  19. I’d rather a local business man who has less money, but at least has tye clubs best interests take over.
  20. Let’s not let her off the hook. Started the downfall, sold up to anyone interested, conned the fans, ruined her fathers legacy. Sell the **** up as well please Kat and persuade your mate Nelly to **** off as well.
  21. We will go bust under the stewardship of Gao.
  22. Did anyone actually think we’d get anything out of this Wouldn’t be surprised if we didn’t win another game all season. Can’t defend, can’t score and can’t afford any new players
  23. Who do we take forward into the championship with us?

    Danny Röhl

Or people who know that he’s a pretty average coach and shouldn’t be in the role....
  25. When he sells and his investment has improved us and we have more assets than when he brought the club. Currently, we’re led to believe that every penny the club makes, is reinvested. Unless he is paying himself a salary, what return on investment is he currently getting? Let’s be honest, if you’re to be a successful premier league owner, you’re not in it to make money unless you’re willing to invest significant amounts. The only way you’ll make money on a club like saints is to either take some of the profits or to invest, push us on to become a champions league club (for example what’s happened with Tottenham in the past 10 years). what’s in it for him when we’re in the championship and he loses nearly 50% value in the club?
