Statisically, as JWP hasn't scored from a direct free kick, eveyone is as good as JWP at free kicks, Also, his corners don't produce assists. His so called free kick stupendioso is just an urban myth. Anyone can gain the same success statisically, as JWP if he is not on the pitch.

That is not actually a fact, that he is popular with the players. It is an opinion not backed up by any actual fact. When I see 4 players tweeting how they are pleased he is staying, I might change my view that he is Les Reed's "spycam".
