Difficult to see this as anything other than an absolute pasting. Let's hope City get bored.
-
Let's keep it down to six lads.
-
We're going to get annihilated.
-
We're going to nick this.
-
I'd assumed it's five at the back with Armstrong being a more defensive midfielder alongside JWP as we did the other day.
-
Not actually true: Moyes actually said he was worth "far, far more" than £100m. If Hasenhuttl in his next press conference started batting around valuations for James Ward Prowse the immediate reaction would be that "he's for sale". So, in my view rather than begging our manager to tout our players around with fees I'd prefer we said nothing.

Ranvir, Susanna, Hawkins and Tobin Truly something for every taste Personally 1. Hawkins - class 2. Ranvir - filth 3. Susanna - fading but still got it 4. Tobin - needs a hot meal

It's a shame there's no fans there because right now they definitely would not be booing.
-
You forgot Sally the sports presenter 😉
-
Piers Morgan should do a tearful, apologetic interview on Sky News tomorrow morning, saying how depressed he has been following all the criticism and that last night he'd considered killing himself because of it.
-
Not sure how getting himself into a position where he loses all his military honours and his patronages of charity etc is entirely the "revenge" on his father you think it is. So a strange theory. Harry’s beef is with the media (mainly the UK tabloid press) which has been evident for many years. It's them he blames for his mother's death and why he is obsessed with privacy/access/control/etc.
-
Presumably the West Ham fans will recommence their Sullivan/Gold Out protests the minute they Covid restrictions allow them to.
-
Idris Elba, you reckon?
-
I have some sympathy for her - I have no doubt she would have felt very lonely at times, and she got on the wrong side of the press and they have never forgiven that and have been relentless. However, that doesn't mean that she isn't full of shit, and some of the snippets make no sense/ are contradictory. You can't be a dynamic exciting reformer taking on the tired fusty old fashioned establishment and then get the right hump when (checks notes) her son doesn't get a royal title. And I want my privacy but I'll also spring the gender of my unborn child on international TV.

Is this supposed to be a defence of Hasenhuttl? Isn't the worst run without a win for thirty years supposed to be, like, a bad thing? At this point this is Ralph's team, no inheritance from anyone. Also slightly confused how a quote about Ronald Koeman's achievements is relevant to Puel who inherited a different team and huge injuries and a giant fixtures obligation, or how it reflects well on Hasenhuttl who has got nowhere near that standard?
-
They didn't pretend she was there, she was there. She was stood inside Bramhall Lane doing the pre-match build up on Football Focus at lunchtime and stood in front of Ralph asking him questions post match. Whether she is any good at commentary or not is another discussion but they didn't "pretend she was there". What a surprise to see you completely wrong about something yet again.
-
Also worth saying that part of the Swansea relegation, which apparently we had nothing to do with, involved Mark Hughes Southampton going to their place and beating them. If Hasenhuttl had done that it would be being described as a miracle delivered by a genius.
-
Well he contributed to us not imploding, he put the points on the board that is typically enough to stay up, and we stayed up. Getting to the last day of the season already safe was a decent result from what he inherited.
-
Where is this? Please don't post a link to the "Ings says the atmosphere at Anfield was exciting" non-story.

It's not cocky and smug to say we are not going to get relegated. It was obvious we wouldn't be. What is absolutely insane on this forum is the swooning and drooling over Fulham who have now won four whole matches this season. Lets fucking see next season if we are on 23 points after 27 games, and in the bottom three all season how many of this forum's Fulham megafan club have the same faith and belief in us. Clue: they won't.
-
It's lose-lose for us. Newcastle win, they then only five points behind, unstoppable momentum: Saints relegated WBA win: great escape underway, Big Sam never relegated in his life, unstoppable momentum: Saints relegated Draw: both get a point, both now breathing down our neck, both unstoppable momentum: Saints relegated.
-
As I said about the Tottenham game, I hope Fulham win ten-nil.
-
I wish we were Fulham I wish we were Fulham I wish we were Fulham I wish we were Fulham I wish

We're due a win.
