Well that vintage post was specifically about me saying West Ham were not getting relegated that season so obviously not. And, lets remember, they did not get relegated that season.
-
You'll have to remind me of that one sweetheart.

Ralph looks like he's ready to strangle someone.
-
Targett and Valery really aren't Cedric and Bertrand.
-
Will be interesting to see if Elyounoussi gets on. Pretty much every substitution he's made has paid off so would be good for squad depth if RH can get something out of Moi.
-
You remember correctly: Even West Brom turned it on at the end of last season: three wins, two draws and only one defeat in their last six. Basically top six form.

Yes, I've already explained I understand sweetie. I get it: you've written a provocative headline and scenerio with question marks at the end of sentences and everything. But the very second it gets the reaction a provocative headline is supposed to generate (People respond, provoked) you collapse like a deck of cards. So you immediately disown your own premise and tell us all you don't think any of it will happen or the club need to do anything about it because you don't mean it after all and by the way please don't let anyone think I think we might need to win only two more games because I don't I don't honestly I don't because I put a question mark at the end honest I did. Great thread. Exceptional thread. I think I might go and start one about the preparations the management of the club need to put in place in case the stadium gets ripped into three pieces by an earthquake. I think I'll call it "Is the club an absolute disgrace because they have no published plans for our immediate response to an earthquake??"

You have read your own title of this thread and your own opening post, yes? Nice that your trying to distance yourself from it now. I feel my work is done.

Rather than "run the numbers" did you not consider, just for a second, to look that Premier League finishing table for last season, the season before that and the season before that and maybe go back ten years? How many time have all four teams in the bottom four all ended up on sub-twentty five points? How many teams have stayed in the Premier League with around 25 points? Name them. It's fair to say that the bottom half is getting weaker each season but your scenario seems absurdly unlikely and maybe you should apply a tiny bit of perspective of what actually happens in a real life Premier League season here on planet Earth. Thankfully Ralph won't be taking your view and we will try and win slightly more than two more games.

I take the man at his word. He's just sent me a PM telling me he put £150 on 2-6 at half-time. Fair play.

The Glasgow Kiss of Death claims yet another victim. For someone who regularly makes eye-watering amounts of money from gambling it's pretty spectacular how wrong he is about every single thing on here.

You have my word that if Rees Mogg or Garage died tomorrow I will guarantee I will not say they are twice the person other politicians are. They are both utter cu nts. The current standard of politicians is woeful on all sides and are governed by the dregs and the opposition are the dregs. From Corbyn and May to Abbott and Grayling they are all, to a man absolutely appalling. Ashdown genuinely looks like a collossus compared to the shower we are stuck with on both sides now. And, quite frankly it doesn't take much to be twice the man that Farage and Mogg are.
-
No he hasn't.

The man can do no wrong. Midas touch.

Failed Middlesbrough manager who couldn't keep them up and Steve Gibson - the most patient and supportive Chairman in British football - lost faith in his ability to take them back up a handful of games into the Championship season. His record pre-England makes Pellegrino look like Bill Shankly. I can only imagine the jubilant street parties in the city if Reed had appointed him.
-
If we'd replaced Puel with Southgate you wouldn't have been able to move on here for people describing that as a classic Les Reed yes-man appointment.

Saint Jeremy playing the longest of long games. It's almost like he has a life long desire to remove us from the EU. Corbyn: Brexit would go ahead even if Labour won snap election https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2018/dec/21/jeremy-corbyn-labour-policy-leaving-eu?CMP=Share_AndroidApp_Tapatalk_Pro

I'm sure all Saints fans will join in for a minute's applause during tomorrow's match as a mark of respect for this momentous news. The most obvious time would be the eleventh minute, what with Bishop's Stortford being just off the M11. I'll be getting the hashtag trending all across social media. #Lesdeservestheclap

BECAUSE THE TORY MEDIA COVERED IT ALL UP THE TORIES THE TORIES THE TORIES
-
Just like that time a Conservative minister was accused of calling a policeman a "f uck ing pleb" was barely mentioned by the Tory media and the Tory papers and the Tory radio and the Tory internet all run by Tories, Tories everywhere. The total Tory media blackout of this story means I don't even know it happened so not sure why I mentioned it. Also I don't know about the Tory speaker calling someone a stupid woman either because it was never mentioned in the Tory media either.

If Mario put in a regular shift on the pitch the way his agent does off it then maybe he will get his move to a(nother) big club one day. Last summer his agent did a good enough job to convince various forum dinlows that he was in demand from (and heading to) Europe's elite clubs despite a season of doing pretty much eff all of note. No surprise to anyone sensible when he went absolutely nowhere of course. I can't see us being under any particular risk of him going this window but come next summer who knows if he fulfils his potential under our Ralph. If we more than double our money, great.
