You can't argue with facts. -
Those German car manufacturers are banging on the door at last. BMW will shut UK sites if customs delays clog supply post-Brexit https://www.theguardian.com/business/2018/jun/25/bmw-will-shut-uk-sites-if-customs-delays-clog-supply-post-brexit?CMP=Share_AndroidApp_Tapatalk_Pro

If they are Wolves then we must be slugs.

Personally I hope we don't sign anyone, because it would just mean those players are using their current clubs as stepping stones to play for us. That's definitely wrong so I hope it is stamped out. Disgusting.

Should get a relatively soft L16 game but I still fully expect us to be annihilated by the first decent team we face, which is looking like the quarters. (Belgium is a bit of a nothing game now). But honourable exit at quarter final stage is just fine by me as a significant improvement on recent tournaments.

	Define what "we get out".

Our Chubs moaned like fu ck back when Stoke signed Shaqiri and we didn't. If we do sign him now he'll moan like fu ck because he's a naturally inconsistent player so he'll start laying into him within 2 matches and give him a hilarious comedy name. And if someone else signs him this summer he will also moan like fu ck. There's a trend here somewhere.

I personally definitely don't think the people who voted for Brexit are extremists driven by ideology above all else.

	Chins up.

	In Less we trust.

We sign a player from p issing Celtic and he's STILL not a first team regular. When are we ever going to sign a player again who is actually a regular starter for the club we're buying him from? Our tranfer business is genuinely pathetic at the minute.
 -
	LOLZ.
 -
Can I be the first to write him off?

The Glazers whose Manchester United break world record transfer fees, pay huge wages and appoint elite level managers? Brilliant. Assuming the pro-rata Southampton version of a Glazers approach would be, say, Leicester City levels of transfer fees, or Palace paying £30m for Benteke then happy days.

Of course we won't sell until we've signed up a replacement because that's what Spartak Moscow do and that was patiently explained to us that this is how these things work when a club wants to sign another club's player. That's right, isn't it?
 -
If a foreigner wants to invest in property/commercial development in Southampton, why on earth do they need to buy the football club to do that? Turn up and speak to a couple of councillors and you're away. And why buy a football club with the sole intent of generating money to pay back the loan used to buy it? In both those instances, the sensible course of action is kind is to not buy the football club at all.

Seems an unlikely story. But if we sell Tadic this summer, one of the few experienced pros at the club with a track record of consistent performance/delivery then we'll see the board have not learned a single thing from the last two seasons. Do not let Tadic go.

Finishing sixth in one single season isn't "breaking the top six". Leicester won the fu cking league and haven't broken the top six.

He was player of the year, scored more in a single Prem season than any other player, and he plays for a prominent English club. And he's the clear stand-out player for his country. And there's the story of his injury and him missing the first game, and now he's back, a story English fans can relate to from competitions past. And it's Egypt vs Russia for effs sake so probably a good idea to give it some angle for the passing viewer because it ain't the golden ticket match. 32 goals in a season and you want him to track back? Hahahahahahaha. Lazy old Mohammed. Not like that goal machine Bobby Moore. He absolutely banged them in didn't he? We would have won world cup 70 if he'd actually put a shift in and scored 5 or 6.

The "one source says he prefers Southampton" stuff was pure agent talk. We've beaten other clubs to players and employed similar tactics no doubt.
 -
Bobby Robson would have been long sacked after Euro 88.
 -
Except they didn't "change it". In both instances it was white, which is clearly and obviously in their brand guidelines. As is red. Blue or any other colour clearly isn't. Basic, basic stuff.
 -
More like they are happy to use it in red, or use it in white as they do in all other media/platforms. White would look awful on yellow.
