SMS is sh1te,we had to move but i wish we never. give me the old dell anyday.
-
i reckon we have got another 9 points in us from 7 games giving us 47 points. i reckon we will finish 20th with plymouth, forest and charlton going down. charlton, watford and forest will be the crucial games,we will beat charlton and i would be satisfied with 2 points from watford and forest but i think we will beat watford. i could be wrong,i have been most of the season but i think we will be safer than most expect.
-
disgraceful if true........people have short memories, his work rate was second to none, his assists were pretty good and what about his goal in the semi final against watford......................we have got some ****ing idiots at this club and sometimes i cringe at our support,no wonder we cant attract any investment.

there has been a lot of sh1t floating around st marys for a few years now.

i missed it,how did we get on?

all the teams at the bottom are fighting for their lives,we are just not fighting as hard as them! charlton are as good as gone and i still think forest are going, the last spot could be one of 6 teams and we are a good candidate. we need to stay in this league under our own steam as none of the teams around us are going to do us any favours and nor should they, they want what we want, its just a matter of who wants it more and who has the better ability to achieve it. relying on other teams will only end in tears.

Time to Allow Standing in the Northam

[quote=Jonny_Lewis; Making everyone sit is B/S I agree. Ive been thinking all season that, why dont the club move the away fans into the itchen corner and allow us to have the whole northam? Its always the first stand to sell out because people want to experience an atmosphere at a footy match. Imagine the noise we could make with the whole stand filled with Singing Saints fans! Would put SMS's reputation through the roof I reckon'. i dont agree im afraid, moving the away fans out of the northam would be rubbish, the northam never sells out and there are always plenty of empty seats so how the hell are they going to sell the seats when they have the whole end? i think you will find that the atmospere would be crap as everybody would spread out, having the 'singing' fans condensed into a small area is what makes the northam what it is. -

the stewards seem to be able to enforce the seating policy in the disabled section so why not the northam? -
Where have all the Happy-Clappies gone?
lordswoodsaints replied to Channon's Sideburns's topic in The Saints
i think whatever we think of lowe or wotte i think we all want the same thing........safety for our club. to poke at the people who were trying to be positive about of recent good form is a bit sad. the wins we had gave all of us hope that we would be able to stay in this division and tbh it has given us a better chance than we had a few weeks ago. i dont like wotte and i dont like lowe, but wotte seems to be doing a better job than JP did,we have gained some good points under him and i think he has been a bit unlucky with the results by the teams around us not going in our favour. our situation is not ideal, far from it,but its a shame that some of you are having a dig at fellow fans for having a bit of hope. -
i dont rate BD and im glad we didnt 'beg' him to come here,we are in as much sh1t as forest but i would of hated him as manager. LTC is right we wont know the answer until the relegated teams have been confirmed.

why dont we reply with 'you skate bastards' ?

grey hair? with a scarf? in the kingsland you say?..........that narrows it down to about 5k -
i noticed his bald patch is getting bigger, could that have something to do with his form?
-
his posts on this forum are always very informative but in an informal sort of way ;-)
-
perhaps this could be the prem striker i spoke about a few weeks ago?
-
still no sign of admin.....see you all next friday then:-)

their gaffer will probably get the chop if they dont get some sort of result down here.

as i said before we are cat c home and away,im not sure of qpr's 'status' but there must be an element of risk with the qpr boys or they wouldnt have as many police on duty for the game. historically there has been trouble (nothing too sinister) between both teams, not as much as other teams like millwall etc but probably enough to keep the old bill on their toes.
-
cat c is the highest risk.
-
ive got a feeling qpr will get spanked.......3 or 4-0 for me
-
we are a cat c team (home and away) and have been for most of the last couple of years,im not sure about QPR but i would imagine that there will be an element looking for an 'away day of entertainment'
-
not today anyway as some predicted. according to my source at the echo they havnt heard a thing,im sure that they would be aware of a press release or statement from the club, unless of course the club are just going to surprise us. the extra policing for the QPR game has nothing to do with expected trouble because of administration but just good old fashioned cat c punch ups.

i understand that it is all about money weston but there must be a time when the two deciding factors, money and points come together to form a 'no going back' point, when a decision is made to go into admin? if we are potless but safe from relegation would we need to go into admin?...perhaps not,if we are potless and looking like certainties for the drop then perhaps we should take the hit.
-
i think the decision has always been that if are x points adrift by y date then we would go into admin.......now we just have to work out what x and y are? i would say that our recent form has changed the dynamics of the whole thing and tbh the derby game was a good result when you look at the big picture.derby have hit some decent form of late and i would have taken a draw before the game.
