He just looks quality imo..whilst the trio of long obafemi and adams don’t.. long we know what we are getting he works hard and is a good foil for ings but poor finisher.. adams and oba both have struggled to impact games. And neither look brilliant tbh.

Really hope this Nunez link is true this is probably dream signing of the window for me and yes I do think we need a striker- adams long and obafemi is totally unproven if was a injury or anything to ings and we need goals from somewhere. nunez looks superb on the YouTube clips fantastic finisher and reminds me a bit of a prime fernando Torres.. please be true :)

His big cheesy grin after usually messing things up annoys me a bit tbh. im still not a fan tbh I’d take boufal or djenepo in the team over him.. for a attacking wide player I don’t think he’s great at beating players,, he holds the ball to long doesn’t know when to pass, and usually makes wrong decisions, shooting isn’t great. He does look good at times when carrying the ball in open spaces in transition, but overall I think we need better creative attacking players then him

Obafemi is basically still youth.probably not gonna hurt us wages wise. And is ok to have around to see if he develops well. long is actually useful works hard causes problems but is proven in his non scoring the fact that adams was behind both of the former for large parts of the season doesn’t exactly inspire huge confidence.Couple of goals towards the end but would not want to rely on him if ings was out. on paper it just looks very weak in depth

I’d take lallana back to be honest, he still looks at a high level the times I’ve seen him this season and is a lot more creative and has a better football brain then Redmond. cant see it happening but would be all for it

Valery is total gash imo, looks clueless naive and nonchalant all at the same time. not really sure what Ralph saw in him. As when Cedric came back after being loaned out to make space for valery even he was a decent upgrade in comparison.

I like the look of this guy from the video.. looks a great finisher with a superb technique and also pacy.. it might be a lower league but he doesn’t look a scruffy finisher like che you tube vid. this guy reminds me a little of Torres just on first impression .

I just think if we lost ings to a injury or something our strikerforce looks pretty grim on paper none of them even slightly proven.. at the moment it’s fine as ings is taking the pressure off the others. havent seen much from Adams really myself.. looks pretty strong with holding up the ball sometimes but still pretty scruffy finishing and passing, also tends to not make a lot of impact on games like even long can.. goes missing a lot for me

I think Stephens is really coming on leaps and bounds lately. Think he’s looking a really good prospect and so comfortable on the ball when going forward. Im not sure if centre back is our worse position anymore but salisu seems quite highly rated. actually think the partner for ings should be a priority again. Not convinced with che or obafemi

Man of the match vs city imo.solid game broke up loads of attacks and was hard to pass. Also put in some great covering tackles in the box. And even a lovely ball to ings.. looked next level after watching valery and to a lesser extent cedric looks a player hope we sign him

Must say I like ward prouse at right back of late.. did a superb job on zaha and I think I trust him more then our other options

Nice I think this could be a big time for boufal’s saints career In general I think he’s been pretty good this season. With redmond put it could be a last ditch chance to cement himself into the side finally. I still think he is our best creative outlet and better then redmond and djenepo but he needs to convince Ralph not me..

Never heard of him before today but after watching the you tube vid I gotta say I’m quite impressed. His passing looks very intelligent and creative a load of nice little through balls and intelligent creative play also seems good running with the ball I like the look of him based on the video.

Kat runs him close for me.. tbh I don’t think he’s any worse then she was anyway it’s just more of the same but the majority of the family Jewell’s had already been sold off under her, plus she made it out like she was selling to him to take us to the next level. In reality she just couldn’t wait to get us sold but still a bit annoying the way she tried to sugar coat it

still strikes me as a very weird way of doing things that we bring in 3 players in the summer none of which are now first choice, and danso in particular hasnt even got a sniff at playing cb,, i mean is ralph getting final say on these transfers id have thought thats the way.. if not seems a weird lack of communication somewhere along the line like why waste important transfers on guys the manager isnt going to use? and if he did ok them why ok signings you are not that impressed by? all seems very weird and lack of communication to me

Don’t really get this deal. 1 he doesn’t really seem that great anyway 2 if he does turn out great Tottenham can either keep him or slap the price right up. I know he’s young but all we get is crying like babies that we can’t shift our squad players but seem happy enough to take other teams squad players off their hands

Although I think it’s worth pointing out sub appearances can skew these stats very unfavourably it makes Adams look worse also when commentators say he hasn’t scored in 20 games etc when starts wise he hasn’t had half of that.. I’d snap your arm of for batshuayi also and I’m sure he would have been pretty prolific if his 46 games were all starts ?

But when jwp slotted in at rightback vs palace it was arguably our best performance of the season

Still find it hard personally to have any real opinion on Danso other then Ralph can’t rate him that high, but from a personal judgement he just looks like a player with a decent physique and actually quite pacy for a cb.. that looks like he’s being played out of position.. I’d have liked to see how he was in a centre back role

Makes you wonder if Crocker had some influence in this deal.. will have worked with kwp in the younger England set ups maybe sees something in him?

Kwp just looks super passive and plays safe passes back to midfield rather then trying to attack or overlap.. was reading some spurs comments on him and seems he’s not that quick and pretty lightweight too.. willing to give him a chance but the likes of maehle who we could probably get for cheaper looks a better signing for me
