pretty shocking the ammount of people wanting les reed gone, hasnt he done a great job leading us into europe twice and 4 consecutive top ten finishes?. also the recruitment compared to most other teams has been pretty great with mane van dijk etc..Lastly he is the football man at our club would you really want his successor being chosen by the likes of krueger or the gao family ?

disapointed in pelegrino so far to be honest. we sacked puel for his boring football but so far this guy is worse. i understand he has inherited much of the same squad puel had but it seems he is favouring the grind and graft type players over any spark of creativity. gabbiadini and boufal probably our most exciting players and both are now dropped with boufal not even getting on the bench last time. this guy was a record signing yet we are not even giving him a chance to shine whilst redmond has proved himself already as a headless chicken with no end product and most of the time doesnt even try to take players on or use his pace. the first 11 we have put out the last 2 games have zero flair or shooting ability, maybe we have been spoiled the last few years but we are feeling more like a team that can only grind for results now like a west brom or something.

He has done as much as Redmond really with not even a quarter of the gametime. And at least is a attacking creative option from the bench if we are chasing the game.

Would much rather see boufal get a run of games in his position. Redmond has had a ton of games to prove he's average at best there's a really exciting player in boufal but he's just not getting any chances for a run in the side

well we kept van dijk when we wanted too. i understand we cant keep them forever but we dont have to sell as soon as clubs come knocking and roll over. lallana had just signed a new deal so if we had wanted to could have kept him longer. just because a player is being offered more money elsewhere doesnt mean we have to agree to it.

trying not to panic yet but cant see that he has actually implemented his own style yet. i remember when poch came in and replaced adkins and his first game in charge you could see the differance his pressing tactics happened instantly in our first game. was hoping for a simular impact from the new mauricio but lets give him time

meh on vietto from me. his goal record isnt that great for a forward and doesnt look anywhere near as good as gabbiadini or as good as boufal before we signed him if we are thinking of playing him elsewhere.. looks more a juanmi type to me

Likely the agent would have been leaking it to the press if there was anything I'm sure the media would have been all over that and we always hear about other players clauses.. instead all we get from the media is the same two month old click bait rubbish we have been reading all summer. Maybe this is one of the reasons his old agent got the bullet, that he was advised to signing a long deal he couldn't get out of??.

Also makes you wonder why vvd didn't stipulate a release clause for whatever fee if a big club came in? Not saying this is a good thing but if he wanted this why sign a long deal without it?

Don't understand this type of thinking he's not contributing because he's trying to get what he wants, once the window shuts he will have to knuckle down and play. What's the worst that can happen by holding him? He's not suddenly gonna be only worth 20m next year or the year after for that matter. Also don't understand the people getting so angry with him... News flash majority of our players that get tapped up by the likes of scousers are gonna do this in the future.. players are happy to be here until something better comes along. both have better decision making and ability to play a decent ball then redmond. davies has done well in advanced role before and a bit harsh to put jwp in the least creative players we have. hes improving all the time and his delivery usually gets close to getting assists like romeau"s header today

would like to give this a try for next game. lemina romeau davis ward prouse . boufal gabbi think davis and ward prouse at least provide a bit of creativity to try and unlock defenses and hopefully spot the great movement of gabby. could switch the 2 up if its not working and have davis as the am and prousy outside for his delivery. not a fan of redmond, lightweight, bad decision making and not even that exciting for a player with his speedy attributes. would like to see boufal get his chance.

players looked quite lethargic and uncreative going forwards.. couple of great runs by gabbiadini but no one seems to have the brains to use his great movement redmond not putting him through was very frustrating. thought mario looked quality today great energy and even looked pretty decent furter forward. quite shocked by mps substitiutions, gabby and mario two of our best players today and both got subbed. why does boufal never get a look in even though tadic and redmond are playing poorly ?

whilst i am happy about signing hoedt and he should bring a great aerial presence to our team that we currently lack- the posts claiming he is suddenly going to be better then vvd seem a bit ambitious .. had any one even heard of him a month or so ago?

i feel for boufal, looked great in pre season and looks to have all the attributes to be a fantastic player, but the way its going he could turn out to be another ramirez.. desparately needs a run in the side to show what he can do but with redmond, ward prouse, tadic and davies will he get it ?

If he stays its a win situation and i will be very proud of the board, all those saying they want players that actually want to play for the club are living in dreamland, if the big clubs come and start tapping up the likes of bertrand boufal romeau etc do u think they will be loyal ? no we will be in the same situation over and over again until we make a stand and now is the time to do that. we may not be able to compete with the big clubs for wages when signing a player but what we can do is hold on to the ones we have at least until that suits us value wise.

really annoying to watch the debate and hear redknappp talking about how we are nothing but a selling club, and we should be happy and just take the money to reinvest, such arrogance he even made carragher look like less of a t0sser. would love nothing more then we actually stand firm on this for multiple reasons

5) stand firm and dont sell,with the possibility of him being reintegrated into the squad after the window slams shut. to be honest hes not the first to throw a tantrum and probably wont be the last, but what id like to see is our club be strong for a change and not to reward this behaviour by him or liverpool

not sure its worth it for a one year loan deal, we are already in a position where one of boufal redmond etc will probably be on the bench, makes more sense to develop these two then roberts for city.
