i like cortese i think hes exactly what we have always needed. hes the most important man at the club and as long as him and the liebherrs are hear we always have a chance. people comparing him to rupert lowe are stupid beyond belief. we are keeping our first team players which we couldnt do in the premier league under lowe. get behind him people we are better with him then without thats for sure

can anyone tell me why adkins would be a better appointment than phil brown footballing reasons please? browns feat of being the only manager to get hull to the premier league and keeping them there looks more good than adkins yoyoing between league one and the championship plus brown looks like hed kick ass more than adkins and would get more respect i dont want either by the way but prefer brown out the 2

yes but wouldnt you rather we could keep our manager all the way to the premiership? everybody cries about stability then talks about getting a manager for each league were in. adkins doesnt convince me at all he could be a one club wonder where it worked cos he had the players ears from being a physio. not to mention the relegation in between

starting to go off the idea of o neil as manager now, hes a great manager and all that but wed always be worrying that he would move on as soon as a liverpool man city job became available. his appointment may be too much too soon for us. im warming a bit to phil brown especially over adkins. brown did a great job at hull and his promotion to the prem and staying there is more than adkins has achieved. i still hope for one of sven. hoddle or leonardo that would be the the best outcome imo
