  1. Absolutely. For those in North Hampshire it's Fleet Town vs East Grinstead Town in FA Cup qualification & Fleet could really do with a few more paying visitors currently.

  3. Agreed - would rather him than Austin in the squad.
  4. No, that's Austin isn't it?
  5. Where does this end? Where are the free incontinence products? This country is full of people expecting the world on a plate and the new dishing out some form of preaching every day. Tiresome.
  6. 2nd to every header 2nd to every tackle 2nd in terms of energy But a more promising second half, however I never want to see Stephens and Hoedt play again.
  7. We have a very average squad, simple as that, but are extremely poor at centre back - everyone could see we needed more than 1 signing there.
  8. I think everyone agreed that one new centre back wasn't enough ... Stephens and Hoedt are not good.
  9. I agree with this. Carillo is just a young lad who was signed for Saints. It's not his fault he was out of his depth last season and his employer is giving him a chance to improve elsewhere and they're absolutely not going to destroy his confidence further in public.
  10. Skilled in a different way, with a completely unjustifiable salary and a completely unfulfilling prophecy. "I saved x, y, z lives" versus "yeah, er, ugh, yeah, I scored some goals that yeah, ugh, won a cup, ugh"
  11. You could build a team out of that lot. A slow team and a very stroppy team ...
  12. To be fair, he's been training week-in, week-out with Mane, Salah and Firminio ... that can only have helped him train harder and pick up quicker skills. I think we may well have pulled off a blinder by getting him in.
  13. That looked amazing ... and scary, scary how pedestrian the defence is. Oh well, so long as we score more than we concede, could be a fun season!
  14. Absolutely the 'Ings, can only get better' one - please. We know it won't be, but, there has to be some hope.
  15. Michael Owen was seen in Winchester looking at houses ...
  16. It'd be like Lowe's Dutch duo championship experiment all over again.
  17. That is EXACTLY how it'll be, these things never change. No doubt many in ill-fitting shirts will be complaining about the new red catwalk, the loud sound, the intro music, the standard of hotdogs and how they never lived up to Rupert Lowe's promise. In fact they'll still be blaming Lowe for everything and wondering when he'll open his chequebook.
  18.
  19. This always makes me laugh at work when women moan about sharing toilets with men ... do these people have separate mens and ladies loos at home?
  20. I didn't even realise Saints were playing
  21. Maybe it's a generation thing, but I still don't get podcasts, it's like listening to the table next to you in a pub enjoying a chat!? Hey ho.
  22. You really are a wet leaf.
  23. This. Some people are just a bit weird.
  24. Moron. Can't stand the guy. I don't like him his politics or his products.
