idiot alert !! How do i create a group .

I have an ipod touch and was wondering if there was anyway of getting rid of the preinstalled apps of the home screen . I don't need contacts , stocks or you tube . I don't want to have it jailbroken just want them gone . Many thanks for any help in advance .

I have signed into saintsplayer to watch the saints v cheltenham highlights , I am definitely signed in cos it says the Hi there John W******** thingy but when I click the watch highlights button I get the log in screen again , could anyone else try logging in to it and see if it happens to them as well , ps the same thing happens in IE8 as well as google chrome , many thanks to anyone can help .
