Better than leaving uni owing 40 grand or so.

@Restark19, as Turkish is the first person I've ever put on ignore in well over 25 years on the internet, it's probably best if you didn't quote him, although you have to laugh at the last quote. As he is a most prolific commenter and often thread starter on equality, racism, LGBQT, etc. issues goodness knows what he thinks he is achieving posting on the internet forum of a small premier league club, apart from making more people aware he is a bigoted twat.

I'm surprised you even have to ask.. With cheese scones neither.. (Jam..)

Ooh, this is fun, like 20 Questions. I'm inclined to believe you.;-) Will he have more chance of playing for the first team than at Newcastle?

Jesus! At least it gets past the swear filter..

Romeo Lavia - Official: Signs for Not Liverpool
suewhistle replied to Saint Garrett's topic in The Saints
Good question, I was wondering about that as I typed my comment, but as Ü points out, it does then stifle his normal instincts.. -
It was more like a wicked derisory cackle in the end.

Romeo Lavia - Official: Signs for Not Liverpool

It would be good to have a DM to bring on when Romeu inevitably gets booked.. -
Yes, note that the goalkeepers were shown in twos: McCarthy and Willy, Bazunu and Lis (I think).

That seems sensible as the wider local football community benefit. I'm sure there'll be the odd match played at St Marys like last season's decider.
-
Yes, the couple in front of me can't always make it so various relatives turn up to the different games. Obviously don't try and smuggle in Great Uncle Albert as an 11 year old..

On second thoughts I'll stick with my kayak..
-
Any idea of permitted draught? I'm sure my blow up kayak could manage it but I'd prefer something bigger crossing the shipping lanes and so that I don't get taken for an illegal immigrant.

John Bailey..

Oh gawd, you make me feel old! 🙂

Will everybody have spent their warchest by then?

My Dad was duty officer at Manchester for BEA the day it happened. He didn't say much about it, but they all had to line up on the tarmac when the bodies were returned. It's not a flying motto as far as I know, but it should be: "If in doubt, don't set out", however important your passengers are, and however much pressure is put on you.

I'm not very good at cryptic crosswords either, or rather, can't be bothered..

Well, we now know Dorchester's criteria for decent football... HOOF! On a more general level threads like this remind me of the old joke: How do you know someone is vegan? They'll tell you. The same with women's football. They come on to a thread specifically entitled "Women's Football" just to tell you that it is shit and being forced upon them.. You can pretty well predict who will post from their other contributions on here.. So I tend to ignore such threads, click on something else, turn the page, switch channels: all techniques some on here should learn if they want to avoid specific subjects. But whilst I'm here, has anybody got a spare ticket for the England game at St. Marys? I've got tickets for the other two games but wasn't organised enough to get the England game which sold out quickly.

Both those thoughts occurred to me, but she gave such a sensible reply I wasn't going to make it to her! I was particularly pleased about the vocal bit.

Will left-footers wear the colours the other way round?

Hah! I nearly posted something similar and then thought, what's the point? Maybe he's not getting a shag and think we're only 10% of the population. As for Bednarek, he always worries me. When he has the ball he seems to have a curiously tense shoulder body language which doesn't inspire confidence, and he's rarely constructive with the ball. To get anybody better we'd have to spend money, or convince someone he'd do better in their team, what with being a Polish international with experience..
