  1. 2-0 down: JWP on his own at the centre circle, head down, hands on hips. What a fucking shit captain. No wonder none of the others can give a toss. Fuck them all
  2. I’m at the game and can’t believe the lack of intensity, desire and skill. Absolutely shit all over the pitch. It is utterly abysmal and I detest every one of our team. Except Lavia. Epitomised as ever by JWP’s directionless chicken shit lack of bravery. The palace fans are singing ‘you’re fucking shit’ and I have to agree. We are dismal beyond belief and all our players are just jogging around. Bednarek should be shot. And our manager simply cannot be anywhere near this club next season. That tedious slow play out from the back. Palace are not even trying and still winning. And they look very weak. The sad death of a club.
  3. Is 'holding' Man City for 44 minutes where we are now? Whoopy doo. Jeez, the lack of ambition on this forum almost matches the shoulder-shrugging slip into the Championship and below. Ooh, new stadiums to visit. Fuck sake
  4. " I was very happy with how we played in this 0-3 defeat. We controlled the game. And I have a marvellous roll-neck. And the players like me. So nah nah na nah naah.' (bangs on about how great we are and how he doesn't look at the table, or how shit Elynoussi is, of how other teams actually attack and at least try to score goals rather than 'sit tight' and just hope it goes in off someone's arse and we hold on for dear life. Just like wot Ralph taught him.)
  5. Lack of skill I can excuse. Lack of effort and intensity I can't. If we don't do the latter on Saturday I might have to give up on this bunch until they can show they actually give a shit. Starting with the captain showing an example, and not just tippy tapping it back and sideways. Agree with earlier poster; Djenepo might not be perfect, but at least he still wants to give it a go. Guess we might see for 10 minutes when he replaces the greatest player that ever lived, Elyanuseless
  6. Selles will say he was really happy with the first 60 minutes. Not so much the last 30 when we conceded 3. Fed up with this shit. Make the season end, let JWP and all the other tossers bog off to their new clubs (they have already winked at), get a no-nonsense manager in and change the culture of the entire club from top to bottom, so we don't miraculously somehow turn decent talent into utter dross. Not much to ask.

I think Leicester's choice isn't as stupid as some might think as that managerial team - Smith, Shakespeare, Terry - looks capable enough to get them back up if they get relegated. Can't say the same for Selles.
  8. JWP seems to hate playing it forward these days. What a waste of a free kick. Why is he so bloody chicken? Adores his own pass completion stats. No threat whatsoever. like the look of this line up though, although Walcott up front is still a big embarrassing.
  9. Seriously, what the fuck was that? Appalling touch. Professional footballer.
  10. Elyanoussi playing. Thank god for that. Rewarded for his string of excellent performances. jesus wept
  11. We faffed around, turned back when in promising positions (looking at you here KWP), or just did meaningless tippy tap in the mould of our incredibly uninspirational captain, who epitomises our almost complete lack of fight, with one eye on his move to Man U or whoever. Sick of the lot of them.
  12. Newcastle showing how bad West Ham are. Inexcusable how little we tried to beat them, with fault starting at Selles’ batshit selection. Again.
  13. Personally think we'll beat Palace and Bournemouth and end up bottom on 29 points. The most dismal season of all, with a club run by morons and a team consisting of shit mercenaries

  15. Spurs you fucking chokers. Tbf Everton deserved that. Intensity, aggression, heart, and fire. All with superb noisy support. Basically the opposite of us.

We need to persuade Potter to pick us in the Championship as the team to rebuild from the bottom up. He's taking a break and apparently won't take the Leicester job just yet. Let him bring Bruno and whoever. Kick Selles out as he's blind to appropriate team selections. Sell JWP (if he hasn't been already), KWP (ditto), Lavia (because we cannot possibly keep him) and hopefully pay someone to take Ely and Che. Pump all that into experienced pros with metal but no little skill. Allow Potter free rein. Do a Brighton, again. Only way out in my view. Otherwise witness the slide.
  17. What a dismal, chicken shit, lily-livered performance from a bunch of mercenaries who care only about avoiding injury and their next contract. Lavia and perhaps Perraud aside, they were united in a lack of gumption, ability, desire, guts, determination and application. Hey, KWP, so you're gutted, yes? How about actually going forward with pace and desire? JWP, nice tippy tappies. Well done. Good luck at Spurs with your best fwend, or Newcastle, or wherever. Stu - used to love your drive and ability, but where's it gone? What the fuck was that loopy cross? Mara - how about you at least run around a bit? Walcott, face it, mate, it's over. You looked like a Dad who'd won a competition to play with the stars. I could go on. But added to that we have a manager who is seen by some as the new messiah as he wears a black rollneck but selects such negative, defensive dross when we have a must win. Ely? What does he have on you? Why not pick the pace we have and use it, rather than this tedious 'keep it tight and see where we are' tactic which is so clearly a Ralph legacy. Yet to see that you have anything like what it takes to be a decent manager. Should have listened to some of us and got Dyche in (who will beat Spurs tonight) I'm so angry about yesterday, and so many other abject, no-guts performances from this bunch of unlikeable cretins. If we need a reset, it's to go and get experienced bruisers to get us out of the Championship, or we are in danger of facing another desperate struggle to stay up again next year. PS anyone want my Palace tickets? (joking)
  18. Zero pace in this side. Or actual realization of the plight we’re in, seemingly. Such a painful watch - slow and plodding, just so pleased with tippy tap. Ralph legacy.
  19. Can anyone explain how Elyanoussi keeps getting picked? Does Selles like shit footballers?
  20. It’s all over guys
  21. Spurs being shit and us having a lot of luck
  22. I think we also have too many players including the captain who have their eyes on where they will be playing next season, rather than fighting for this. Only takes a tiny percentage of one's application - avoiding that nasty challenge, not quite busting your gut - to get exploited and be on the end of a bad loss. Also, if we have a manager who is cautious rather than going for it (Selles fits that, I'd say) it offers the opportunity for other teams with more balls to go for it from the off and gain the upper hand. Perhaps when we are further adrift this attitude will prevail, to our benefit; ie when we have to go for it. Because we need to be safe before Brighton, in my view, otherwise we're down, and they will be delighted to be the ones to confer Championship status on us.
  23. This has the ring of truth to it. If we do beat the Hammers I think Moyes will be toast, and then Rafa will come in. Just a hunch. But yes I think Bournemouth will win - just hope Leicester win too as Palace more likely to go down than them (or maybe we should hope for a draw). Think Everton will beat Spurs, who are in all sorts of trouble off the field. I think the Hammers will win 2-1
  24. Precious little chance of this coming off this season, given length of time needed for judgement/appeal etc. So although it sounds possible, doubt if it has any more legs than Man City getting a slap on the wrists. If it was us, we'd have doubtless been thrown to the bottom of league one...
  25. We claim another scalp, not by beating a team but by them not winning. And the manager basically sacking himself. Way to go saints.
