Its key we get some natural goal scorers. Leeds front 2 (Beckford and Becchio) have scored 52 goals between them and they have still only made the playoffs. We need Lambert + another 30 goal striker IMO.

Everything you have said there has been in the public domain and is all common knowledge however you seem to be trying to paint the picture that you are ITK. Stop interfering and just let them get on with it.

This is my fear, that peoples desires to be seen as ITK will yet again get the better of them and they will spout their mouths off. For once, please take note of the request to keep mouths SHUT until it is publicly revealed by the investors themselves.

I think there are better big strong lumps out there than Jason. For a while he showed exactly what we though he might be capable of when he was moved up front, but that clearly wasn't sustainable and he has yet again sunk back into his bad habits and when he is earning the sort of money he is, that is not acceptable. I suggest we now cut our losses and look for a better alternative.

I applaud you for seeing that deep down with the right management he DOES have the potential to be an effective player. It is precisely that pace and dribbling that I build my opinions on. The ability to go past a player as easily as he does is a quality that very few players and squads nowadays possess. A bit of confidence and good coaching can most certainly improve his end product which I admit is the weakest part of his game.
