I expect a couple of players to come in on deadline day. Would be nuts to just spend January weakening the squad in our current position.
-
I will be disappointed if we didn’t replace him, and bring in a striker/winger. We still have a lot of work to do to stay up, waiting until the summer would be a dangerous game.
-
I think the point is that every other club appears to actually invest money, not just spend what they get in fees.
-
Tragic news, looks like next to no chance of them surviving. RIP Sala.

I agree that much of this project fear is grossly exaggerated but we still obviously have a much better idea now than back in 2016, it makes sense for us to make a more informed decision. We didn't know about the £39billion divorce settlement or have much of an idea of the EU's stance on a trade deal. The Northern Ireland issue was barely mentioned last time and as it has turned into quite a major problem, that alone is a decent reason for a new vote IMO. No-one wants the paddys blowing each other up again. The peace process is more important than any of this Brexit stuff.

10 points, we're on a roll. Palace home - Win Burnley away - Draw Cardiff home - Win Arsenal away - Lose Fulham home - Win

I dunno. May’s deal was ripped to shreds in Parliament last time, I just can’t see it getting through. It’s one thing voting for it because they think it’s a decent deal but voting for something they have openly said will make the country worse is just plain bonkers.
-
But the Tory Brexiteers have spent the last month and a half saying how sh!t the deal is and what a disaster it will be for the country. They are not going to look great if they push it through, they will look even worse if Brexit ends up making a mess of the economy. All for the sake of not letting the public have a final say.
-
Didn’t Ireland twice redo refurendums? I don’t think other countries really give a sh!t.
-
My Skate mate reckons they are sh!t now that one of their best midfielders has gone beck to Millwall. It would be hilarious if they **** it up again.

To be honest I found both speeches (Gove and the Tom Watson rinsing of May) to be a bit sad and pathetic. Typical of the red v blue nonsense that makes our system so dysfunctional. Two loads of c*nts having a childish slanging match when they should be working together to sort out a mess our their own creation.
-
There is obviously no way Parliament is going to agree on a deal. Might as well either crack on with preparing for a no deal exit or sort out a delay for a second refurendum.
-
A matter of days before Brexit and now May wants to discuss it with the other leaders! After two years of wrestling with her own party. What a mess.

True but at least now we know what the divorce bill is (don’t even remember hearing there would be one prior to the last vote). The Northern Ireland situation is a bit clearer ( not sure many people even considered the implications for NI last time) and it’s obvious now that the EU are going to give us a pretty **** deal.
-
If there is a second refurendum it will be a more informed descision, whichever way it goes. Surely that has to be a good thing?
-
Go with whoever wins.
-
True but it will reach a point where the only option is no deal or second ref and I doubt they will have the nuts for no deal.

What, some nasty messages on twitter and some saddos with banners outside Parliament?
