But England, Wales and northern ireland can vote to remove themselves from the UK and form a new agreement without Scotland - it's no different. Being part of the UK obviously benefits all four countries, the Scots just have a chip on their shoulder about what has gone on in the past.
-
All well and good except if you miss and hit him in the nuts things might get nasty, especially if it's a big dog and you've run out of bullets.
-
I think the whole UK should get to vote, if the rest of the UK want them out the Jocks shouldn't have a choice. If Cornwall decide to be independent - do we not have any say or is it irrelevant to us?
-
I don't like the fact that the rest of the UK don't get to vote on wether we want Scotland or not.

If we've got the money, and a settled squad that doesn't need too many additions, it makes perfect sense to spend big on 1 or 2 players. Money sat in the bank wont get us promoted. -
God knows, I suppose that "burning" includes shed loads of interest on the money he lent them. He needs to keep the life-support machine going.

Obviously another puppet owner for Chanrai so he can pick what's left from the carcass.
-
He's got a better ratio than Rickie at mainly a higher level. Rickie's record is also very good though.
-
To be fair if he gets us promoted £9mill would be money well spent.

50 goals in 95 games for S****horpe, 38 in 65 for Celtic. That's an awesome record. Unless we're using the publicity of these bids to hurry along another transfer I reckon there is a chance we can land him. The club will know if he wants to come or not so wouldn't bother bidding if he'd prefer to stay in Scotland.

My mate had a similar problem when his cat got really ill on a Sunday night and he thought all the vets would be shut. He ended up strangling it and from what he said it took ages and was horrific. IF I was you I would stump up the cash and get it done properly because whatever yo have planned might go wrong.

We've got £12mill sat in the bank from the Chamberlain sale, might as well spend it. -

It does show that our government got it right with their austerity measures. LOL at the garlic munchers. -
Of course they are hiding stuff, if you're going to build a deterrent you are not going to signpost where it is to your potential enemies. It defeats the point.

There is no way he would leave Celtic for us, stupid thread. -
Because that worked for Iraq! if you remember rightly the US's first move was to threaten war if they wouldn't let inspectors into Iraq. Then still went to war regardless.
-
I would rather pay more for petrol start wars thanks.

In other words, because we want to control the region's oil for our own needs they shouldn't have the capability to do anything about it because we dion't like them?
-
Sorry, I must have missed the bit where Iran invaded two countries next to the US or UK. How exactly are they threatening us - by having their own defence capability?
-
Iran has every right to be a regional superpower, and it's not them who have been throwing their weight around recently. Iran also has every right to be aggressive towards the UK and the US given the history between the countries and the fact that two of it's neighbouring countries have been invaded.
-
the problem is when the new EPPP rules kick in it will mean the end of bringing through the likes of Bale, Walcott and Chamberlain and selling them for decent money. The top talent will just walk out the door to Arsenal for a few grand. We shouldn't kid ourselves, even if we get to the Prem the best players will still want to play for Man Utd, Arsenal etc.
-
Don't believe everything you read.
-
Why should they not have nukes? They have every right to defend themselves, especially given their vast natural resources.
-
I couldn't give a monkey's chuff if Iran had nukes, I don't blame them. They would be foolish not to invest in defence given the fact that both their neighbours have been invaded by the US. You have to be a mug to believe all this anti Iran propaganda, it's a carbon copy of the lies that led to the Iraq war.

What age can you sign kids on a pre-contract contract then?
