  1. Yeah but it's peanuts, probably 2p extra in the pound or something daft. I actually hope they go close to going up, it would make it even funnier next year when they try to rebuild their whole squad on peanuts.
  2. Cameron does come across like a bit of a bellend. His problem is he is completely detached from reality, he is clever enough to try and appear to be in touch with the people but he will never be that popular as long as the silver spoon is up his ass. Labour won't have to do much to kick him out next time. The alternatives are not great though. Clegg is a slimey nonce with no future after playing the honest John card then stabbing everyone who voted for him in the back. Milliband just looks like a Wallace and Gromit charachter who can't even speak right, if labour had appointed the right brother then there would have been someone who could be a decent leader. Unfortunately as ever the internal politics of Labour ****ed things up for them, no one will take that boggle eyed **** seriously.
  3. Not a bad comparison, any team that spends big risks having players turn up just for the pay packet. When you see how they performed against Man U it is obvious that motivation is a problem for games like Walsall, too many players who think just have to turn up to get results. I'm just hoping that being in our current position with games running out gives the players a wake-up call.
  4. Great win, another one on Tuesday could be the turning point with all the others having tricky fixtures.
  5. I'm getting fed up with these Chamberlain stories, one day we hear how he's worth 10million quid and Barcelona want him, then the next day he's made to look ordinary by Walsall and we lose.
  6. How many times do we have to go over this, they will not be liquidated. They will blow off their debt and someone will buy them just like every other club that goes into admin.
  7. Eating meat has been necessary for human survival, wether it is now or not is debatable - in some parts of the world it most definitely is. Eating meat is not cruel but some farming practices are and that's mainly down to today's ****ed up world where money is valued above decency. I try to eat free range/humanely farmed food where I can but you are missing the point - torturing animals for fun is ****ed up, I don't believe even the worst type of farmers just cause suffering for a laugh, it's something they are forced into in order to compete and earn a living.
  8. Looks like I'm in the home end, if you see someone getting a shoeing when we score feel free to laugh.
  9. N'Guissen and Forte have not exactly set League 1 alight.
  10. I don't think we should moan about bad luck. In the last few games Bournemouth have suffered two last minute equalizers and a missed penalty at 0-0, we are lucky they are not 6 points better off.
  11. I'm doing a job that I love, but unfortunately it's a job that alot of other people would love so my boss feels no need to increase my salary which is thoroughly depressing. Having a job you love is not what it's cracked up to be, at the end of the day all that matters in today's world is money - if only they taught that at school.
  12. If we brought in a Jimmy Case we would have to leave out Scheiderlin and that wouldn't go down well on here.
  13. I think motivation is definitely one of the manager's responsibilities.
  14. I think he would have benefited from a pre-season, but I agree, there is no excuse whatsoever for getting beat by sh!t like Walsall.
  15. Wilkins was Cortese's appointment - he sacked Pardew after losing ONE league game.
  16. Same excuses I'm afraid, Cortese dicked about with the manager at the start of the season so Adkins has had no pre-season, just like Pardew.
  17. No excuses, tonight was a sh!t result. Adkins needs to sort it out.
  18. It SHOULD end up with decreased insurance for Men, at first they will just put women's premiums up but in the long term they should average out. Problem is the same EU ruling it is based on also says you shouldn't discriminate against age so we will all end up paying more because of idiot chav teenagers.
  19. It's not likely, but it's certainly a possibility. Scientists don't have a clue about the amount of intelligent ET life, your guess is as good as theirs - wether it's zero or a thousand trillion.

    The BBCC

I went to comprehensive school the last time the Tories were in charge and it was sh!t. My brothers one and only field trip was to Stonehenge, the school couldn't afford the entrance fee so parked on the road opposite and made them look through the fence. My main lingering memory from school was a PSE class where the council estate kids made the teacher cry whilst a fit girl got fingered by my mate at the back of the class. Many classes were mixed ability which meant the thick hard kids made any sort of education impossible, bullying was the norm - too many ****ed up stories to mention. If I had kids i would make sure they went private.
  21. There is of course the possibility that there is ****-all out there except a bunch of rocks and gases.
  22. Don't know what the law says, but it is a fact that anyone can use someone's phone or someone else's computer to post stuff on the internet.
  23. Yes, but you would be guilty of irresponsible use of your computer, a big difference to being guilty of kiddy fiddling.
  24. Should do but I'm just talking hypothetically. Nowadays you can't post on the internet with a phone. If you are down the pub with your mates and someone posts something defamatory, there is pretty much nothing anyone can do to prove who is responsible. It would also be interesting to know what right posters have in regards to privacy and data protection, does the SaintsWeb have the right to give out our details?
  25. I expect so, and in the eyes of Saintsweb you are responsible and they can ban you, but Saintsweb rules are not law. If you cannot prove who wrote it I don't see how anyone could be convicted of it whatever the t&c's say.
