What the Skates have done is much worse than Leeds and being as good as relegated anyway meant the -9 was not even a punishment.

I would imagine if they voted for liquidation they would get less in total but more up front. Also just because pompey promise to pay 20% over 5 year doesn't mean you will get it.

The Gaydamak - Chanrai relationship is important. I've always assumed they are both in it together but if Gaydamak wants to block a CVA he can. And according to the BBC blocking a CVA would most likely cause PFC to be liquidated - which could free up Gaydamak's land for redevelopment.

I think fear of a hung parliament will mean a lot of people will go for change to Tory at the last minute. A hung parliament would be a disaster with so many big, tough decisions to be made.

I heard my MP Chris Hune on the radio yesterday banging on about how it's so wrong for Labour and the Tories to say we should vote tactical and we should vote for what you believe. Then through the door drop his leaflet saying "vote Lib Dem, Labour can't win here". All a bunch of tossers.

Brown did what any government would have done because the banks basically put a gun to his head. There is nothing to say we will not have a 1930's type depression, all we have done so far is borrowed and printed money, the economy is bound to LOOK like it's recovering.

They can claim to be more accurate but no matter how complex their system it all boils down to wether the person votes for who they say they will, or more importantly, will the person who says they prefer Tory/Labour/Lib Dem, actually get off their ass and walk down the polling station. When it comes to the day it will probably be a simple choice between voting for a hung parliament or a Conservative government. That could mean many people vote differently to who they polled as favouring. The proof is in the pudding, if the Tories win on Thursday then we will know the polls are completely pointless.

Leeds are up there with the biggest clubs, easily as big as Chelsea or Spurs, just not as good at the moment. I would say Saints are in the middle bracket with teams like Norwich, Charlton, Leicester and Derby.
