But surely as the League decided SFC and SLH are linked then if SLH gets a CVA then SFC should avoid the -15?
-
Bournemouth were deducted 27 points in total, -10 when they were in League 1 and -17 the following season in League 2 because they couldn't agree a CVA. It would have been -15 but they have been in receivership before so the League bunged another two on top. We would be looking at -25 max, I think we should avoid the extra 15 though - hopefully.
-
Rotherham and Bournemouth got a further -17 on top of the -10. I expect we would be looking at a further -15 because we havn't previously been in admin, I think it was Bournmouth and Rotherhams second time hence the addition -2.

Just the same old ******, Fry hasn't got a clue IMO.
-
Very slim, if anyone else was serious they would have bought the thing by now IMO.
-
Does anyone actually know if Crouch contributed to the exclusivity period?
-
More ****** from Lynam, doesn't go into any sort of details as to why they pulled out. The FL excuse is just a plain lie, he's just a bull****ting tyre-kicker.
-
That Jewish Barnet bloke was just another Jackson - probably bull****ted everyone.

Were ****ed
-
Surely if the club was going belly up then 2pm today is too early to announce it? Must be good news...
-
More like Mark Fry has finally got hacked off with Pinnacle so offered Jackson the club on a plate, at which point Jackson shat his pants and made some excuses about his imaginary Arabs.
-
He will be a loss, his record wasn't bad for a youngster. Forest have a bargain, I hope there was a sell on clause.
-
I dunno, Leeds managed to time administration to a week before they went down, Stockport timed it so they technically still could go down but would stay up on goal difference. Didn't some club actually do it during half time of the final game? - They all had debts, creditors and overdrafts like us. Lowe always struck me as the sort of kid who would take their ball home if he was losing, if he didn't do it out of spite he had absolutely no concern for future of the club post Lowe.
-
I would have Wotte over O'Leary.
-
Lowe delaying administration until a few days after the deadline has made SFC a far less attractive buy and could even result in the death of the club. I still think he probably did it out of spite.
-
You really should change your name to Dull Days.
-
No one knows anything about this Swiss lot so to say they are a better bet than Pinnacle is ******. Whoever completes the deal will be best for the club - it's as simple as that.
-
You're just jealous cause they've got friends.
-
Exactly, I have said all along that someone at the critical stage of multi-million pound business deal, working for someone worth hundreds of millions, wouldn't bother posting messages on internet forums for the benefit of a few hundred fans.
-
Why don't Sky just **** off and leave football alone.
-
Not unless SFC is put into administration, I believe.
-
Lowe knew exactly what he was doing announcing administration a few days after the deadline. He nows the FL, their rules and how they work. He was on the Prem board FFS. Done purely out of spite IMO, there is no other logical explanation.
-
I have absolutely no problem with the guy if he takes control. A bit of money, MLT and a new manager - that's easily better than starting on zero points with Lowe in charge of a debt ridden PLC. I'm just concerned this deal is not going to happen.
-
We were told the money man is worth hundreds of millions, we don't know for sure but that does not appear to be the case.
-
I'd be happy with him as owner, just don't think it will happen and don't like being lied to.
