It could, but I've not seen a computerised system deployed in the public arena without issues!

and the times...Portsmouth able to avert another points penalty The extra claim from Revenue & Customs is a serious matter. Andronikou said: “The HMRC debt went up from £17.5 million to £35 million. They have had a review of possible tax outstanding from player salaries or from image rights and they have made an assessment.” I'll be happy if the HMRC want to impose a fine as well as asking for outstanding tax on top of the initial claim of £17.5m. I'm getting to the impatient stage and want justice served, but what is more frustrating is there is no clear picture in all this: I can potentially see point deductions coming their way akin to Luton's financial mismanagement, but it's no guarantee. Some say liquidation of PCFC will trigger penalties - is that true? If so, why liquidate at all, especially as they will be CVA debt free after 5 years? The CVA still has to be approved but assuming current figures owed are correct and CVA is approved, £55m needs to be paid. What is AA basing the £25m income and is that projected over the term of the CVA or just the first year? If the first two parachute payments are to be used to pay off the football creditors and the player sales to pay off Chainrai - where's the money coming from to run the club?

This must be a John McEnroe moment.

According to a Human Rights Lawyer, they could get up to £750 compensation as everyone has a right to vote. So do those who wanted to vote have to prove that they were there and attended to vote? If not, wouldn't that leave it open to those who had no intention to vote being able to claim?

No, they are voting to say AA can carry on with his CVA, which he has drafted and is available. If that is turned down, he either needs to start again or liquidated (most likely) the company. If given a go-ahead today, it's a mandate to proceed with the CVA. The actually vote for approval on the CVA will be within 28 days from today.

The vote for that is within 28 days time. Today is about who will make up the creditors committee to oversee what AA is preposing to the creditors.

It's been a strange season with such a feel good factor from having ML buy the club. Obviously expectation for things to move quickly is there but NC is orchestrating a five year plan to get Saints into the Premier League and stay there. On that basis it is good to see infrastructure being improved, with Les Reed joining to oversee player development - will we get to produce young stars (or be in the first team) from our academy and actually hang on to them? Also, with the five year plan, it looks like AP is building a decent side with the few players we already had that can cope with promotion next season and challenging in the Championship the following season. A great day out at wembley with the JPT win. Grade: B+ Wishes for next season: 3/4 more quality players (RB, CM are essential) Be able to grind out a result regardless of how bad the ref is against those teams looking to park the bus in front of goal and counter attack. League One Champions Average attendance to be above 25k
