Either a fucking big pool or a public boating lake, I hope that given your recent application to the CoT that it’s the latter 🦄🍺 ⭕️

He’s a buzzy terrier of a player, very different to the languid Edozie and gets up defenders noses. At this level he may well do ok for us. In our first three games Armstrong and Adams have had a similar effect in terms of movement able to unsettle and rattle championship defenders. If Fraser is up for it he could be a squad asset, but that’s the rub. I’d have him over Dnjepo and Aribo in terms of end product off the bench.

Agree. Hearing Holgate close, you have to hope that our scouting is better than previous in these circumstances.
-
But he can speak fluent French and Scottish...

Sensing the influence of Eric Black in this!

Far too narrow, needs to be distributed in terms of age, race, sexuality, religion, social class and disability if we are travelling down this bumpy road. In terms of her statement it’s rather like booking the Cheeky Girls as a novelty support act at a Rolling Stones Concert and them demanding half the takings.

I think Wilcox is very much Dragan's organ grinder and the rest of the new boardroom hires a troop of monkeys. Could be wrong of course but I think we will measure success or failure of our boardroom mainly on JW this season - if he gets sucked over by the Dyson in the meantime I'd wager that he will be on his toes. He's been a revelation in terms of the sales, but he now needs to do the business in recruitment - much harder, but keeping the faith for now.

That'll teach me for typing in haste on a crowded train - when Saturday comes of course. I am however looking forward to tomorrow also, doing some outreach work at Pedants Anonymous - seeing some familiar faces from here

Agree with all of that. Really looking forward to SMS Saturday afternoon, been a while since that was regularly the case.

One thing to consider as a cause for optimism. When Wilcox came he joined with Man City on the crest of a wave, his stock as high as it is likely to get. Bit of a coup for Saints. I don’t think he joined to be a hatchet man or a yes man, and the board could have employed a hatchet man or a yes man much, much cheaper. Ankersen being miles away from the day to day in Turkey and France is also a positive, particularly if it’s by design. Fuckety frustrating at the mo but we have to wait for the close of the window. Let’s hope that this last week is positively Koemanesque! Keep the faith chaps, imagine a convincing win tomorrow and that daft sticker album filing up a bit next week.

Yes, look how Guido Shirley Carrillo turned out!

Best wait until Number 5 returns from Davos. Mood will improve.

Fuck McDuck

No need for profanities Wade. We heard this rumour about three weeks ago from one of our sleepers but it didn’t pass CoT quality control. Our compliance levels are rather strict.
-
Maybe they had one of Europe's highest rated twenty year old keepers.
-
Are you the Black Farmer?

Looks like poor Everton can’t afford Che Adams, so unsure how this one pans out. Would be idiotic for saints to allow a loan. Maybe they could sell their grade 2 listed dugouts to the British Museum and raise an extra £250.

Will ABK win the transfer window? 😉
-
That’s a very possible scenario, unfortunately.

Yes, according to Dan Snow Napoleonic trench warfare was terrible.
-
Particularly as he’d be fighting for the Germans!
-
Currently he’s certainly in the top three keepers at Southampton FC.
