I'm certain Howard was the player we wanted and we went for Stephens when that fell through. Now, I think we're waiting to see what Howard's situation will be again next week, re: promotion or not, and then we'll make a move for Stephens if Howard declares himself unavailable.

Yes, probably. But not as exciting as a new kit or player and therefore not worthy of the "big" moniker IMO.

Dale Stephens signs permanent deal perhaps? New kit or ST details (these 2 are definites to be released at some point)? Nugent signs, as speculated by some, and is out in Vegas with the squad? Maybe 2 of the lads got so p***ed in Vegas they accidentally got married by an Elvis impersonator? All will be revealed in the morning I guess...

Met him after the MK Dons game, when he had his photo taken with my lad, and he seemed really positive and pleased to be here. I wonder if anything has changed since then, hence not signing autographs on Saturday? Maybe NA has said he won't be trying to take him on permanently? Or maybe he is joining and Nicola told him not to sign for anyone else!!

Could someone also find out whether George Weah has any more relatives we could sign?
