I think our midfield in any system is the problem. There's no room for powder puff any more, as Liverpool are finding out to a certain extent. They need some horrible, hard-running fuckers in there asap or they'll miss out on CL this season.

What on earth is up with JWP? The way he let March breeze past him reminds me of myself chasing shadows at 5 a side. Is he unfit/overweight? Edozie a bright spark but like many of his predecessors, his end product is just gash. Adams is a tryer, I really like him but his return won't be anywhere near enough to keep us up. Works out about right, considering Antonio played about 1000 minutes more in a much better side. He's no better a finisher than Che, for me. He seems quite happy to ride the bench at West Ham as well.

Ruben Selles is clearly being groomed for the top job from what I've heard. Quite why SR seem so insistent on reinventing the wheel and making themselves look clever at every turn, I don't know.
