There won't be any tarrifs. If there's one thing the orange baby is good at, it's backing down and pretending nothing happened. We've been here before! Would be a show of strength though for reciprocal tarrifs of 20% to be announced, rising to 50% (double Donny's tariffs) knowing they will never be implemented anyway.

I've been reliably informed that this weekend is annual quitters weekend where the new year new me brigade decide they've had enough!! Hopefully the gym will be less busy as the weeks go by! Having said that it's not affected me that much this year as only been allowed to use spin bike and elliptical following my spinal surgery! But did manage to do a 2k row yesterday (my third rowing attempt in 8 months having done 2 five min sessions the previous two weeks to test the back out!). 8:14:3 which isn't as bad as I thought it would be, but way down on 7:43:2 the last time I did it in April! The rower is what helped me take the weight off - elliptical and spin bike have allowed me to keep it off but don't shift the last 5kg I want to lose!
