Some talking head from an energy company the other day claiming the price rises were a good thing as it meant they would be paying more tax into the economy. The interviewer didn't appear to have the nous to question that and ask whether it was actually the consumers who would be footing the bill for the extra taxes!

Think they were the provider when we moved into our new build nearly 20 years ago - we were still using 'plot' numbers when we moved in and were plot 45. Not long after they changed to our actual house number but E-on didn't update their records. No idea who the bill was going to but 3 years later when we moved away and rented the house out, we still hadn't had a bill.

She's been to hospital twice since 2019 and had kidney stones removed that were caused by stress. She says she has PTSD (which, frankly is belittling those that HAVE experienced trauma). She knows all this but hasn't actually been to any professionals for a diagnosis. Fucking waste of oxygen.
