  1. Calm down everyone!! You're all forgetting that a Statement of Affairs was compiled and produced by Vantis and presented to the court! That would state EXACTLY what the figure of debt was at pretty much the time of admin. So AA would be liable for any increase to that debt Pancake, I wouldn't worry about the £250k, if AA and his debt figures are to be believed - currently racking up £1m per day!!! - that money will fund precisely one quarter of one day at the club CHEATS.
  2. Use your wife's one that you [started] the 365 with
  3. Whoosh Luckily Kardeem / Atticus / Tiggs / norway will get it.
  4. Racist, bigot.
  5. MB is an innernetz porn compiler. I thought everyone knew that.
  6. Lol. They all hate the Premier League AND the FA at the moment! Wait till next season and let's see how much more they can hate the FA after their massive points deductions
  7. Rumour has it, that St Landrew is thesaint sfc's father anyway, so I guess he gets it twice...
  8. That's exactly what I was thinking yesterday Bring on their fabulous great escape run, only for them to finish 8 points from safety
  9. Fake fo'shure! He advertises sizes 8.5UK, but the last picture - of what I assume is the genuine label - shows size 11.5! These fakers should get their storrie straight, but good luck to anyone who spends that much money on a pair of £10 shoes!!
  10. Not sure to be honest... That blog 'may have to be decided at a later date', links to the original protest of HMRC against the administration. Since the company was under a WUP, it could only be put into admin by a secured creditor. It was put into admin by Chainrai - this was protested - and the judge said it was legal for him to do it... Ergo, he must be a secured creditor.... I'm no expert by any means, but this is my take on things, happy to be corrected [well, not too happy actually, because that would put Chainrai in the unsecured creditors camp, and making the HMRC debt percentage lower ]
  11. Correction, it's going straight to Chainrai! Hence his quotes in the paper about being able to 'see' his money, and how it was 'so close', but the club needed to remain alive for him to get it. Hence, the next installment of TV money is going straight into the pockets of Chainrai, who incidentally has just had his status as a secured creditor confirmed by a high court judge. Happy as a pig in sh1t would be one expression to sum up his mood I would guess! Meanwhile the administrator is trying to get his hands on the money to keep the company running until he finds a new buyer - yeah right! - as he's probably realised now that Chainrai isn't going to put in another penny to fund the administration, and he / his company will be responsible for the ever increasing debts
  12. 1. Why on earth does this need to be 'stickied' - not exactly vital forum info is it? 2. Why does it need to be in the lounge? Surely it's better placed in Genral Sports? 3. Haven't you thought of adding the phone numbers of the 'regulars' to your phone address book, and sending them a text message every week to remind them, after all, it's not like the time or venue ever changes is it?
  13. What killed them was THEM. Nobody forced them to take any drugs - legal or otherwise - so the blame lies fairly and squarely at their own door. Sadly, in this culture we have nurtured, there will always be someone looking to blame someone else! No doubt a law suit or two will come out of this  So, kiddies, just say NO. After all, we all know what happened when Zammo chased the dragon
  14. Indeed. However, with all these 'secure creditors' coming out of the woodwork and proving their validity in the high court, it leaves less and less unsecured creditors to vote on a CVA, which means HMRC's percentage gets bigger and bigger - that's without adding on the increases from more missed payments No CVA = lots more points deducted next season in the Championship The hits just keep on coming
  15. I was under the impression that the police arrested, charged and took to court people who had committed a crime. You seem to be suggesting that they are specifically targeting minority groups to 'blur' the statistical figures! I wonder what the CPS would have to say about your assumptions
  16. Thoughts.... OK - with respect, I am NOT posting anything racist or controversial, just asking for facts here.... Can someone please post the 'statistics' or 'facts' whichever is more readily available, as to the colour, race or creed of ALL people arrested AND convicted of crimes that could reasonably have been prevented had they been 'stopped and searched' beforehand? If not, I guess the argument for or against institutional racism in the police force is a moot point.
  17. Hmmmmm. Yet Pinnacle paid for exclusivity - via Leon Crouch - and they turned out to mean business didn't they?
  18. No, it's the hope that someone will come and buy the club and end all the boll0cks that's the killer. Not even 24 hours since your latest penniless millionaire was being unveiled and already it looks like it's all a self congratulatory PR stunt, with your administrator slagging the 'front man' off. Hopes dashed once again - not that you'll admit that until about Friday or so, but we've been in the same position so I can appreciate where you're coming from! On another note, is PES the MOST boring skate in the world? I reckon the cruelest punishment for Storrie and 'Appy 'Arry would be to lock them in a cell for 23 hours a day with PES and Dubai [Lifelongcherrypipskatesaint] for a couple of years.
  19. Oh, I see, he's your 'Mickey Fialka' Don't forget, it's the hope that kills the most
  20. Will this be their 4th or 5th penniless 'millionaire' this season? They do have a knack of finding the poorest 'rich' people
  21. You seem to have conveniently forgotten the SoA that was submitted to the court and is a legal document. I'm sure if the administrator were to increase the debt from that published in the SoA then HMRC and other bodies would be interested...
  22. And to be fair, having met an awful lot of sparkies in my line of work, I would wager that Pancake is a) more intelligent than nearly all of them and b) far more likely to pay attention to the connection of the wires, given that this is his first time doing it, rather than a non interested sparky charging over the odds. Connecting a new hob is not rocket science! When I did mine, the biggest inconvenience was opening the packaging to find the cable wasn't supplied with the cooker, so I had to go to B&Q to get length of wire!! That was two and a half years ago and we haven't managed to burn the place down yet!
  23. Nope. The £84m is TOTAL debt - we know Chainrai [if the admin is confirmed] has probably in the region of £30m of this and is a secured creditor. I guess Gady is a secured creditor[?] and is owed another £30m, which leaves £24m of unsecured debt, of which HMRC is owed £18m, which is a hell of a lot more than 25%!! Since the CVA needs ratification from the unsecured creditors, and HMRC aren't going to ratify, you needn't worry, as they will indeed be toast
  24. To be fair, one of his lackies in that Q&A thingy stated the wages [in total] were more like £4m per month  Would scare the sh1t out of me if I was an investor  Luckily though, they've had an awful lot more people registering their interest today
