Honest question. Do you trust the club to purchase a competent keeper in his place? Gunn and Bazunu still haunt my mind. I’ll add to this Martins insistence on Bazunu makes one doubt his ability to identify a great goalkeeper, if he has any say at all in the process.

I believe there was a strong distinction between criticism for the owner, Solak, of which there was none, and Sport Republic, of which there was genuine questions asked. I think it’s a good idea and it isn’t as unpopular with the youth as you’d presume, especially in the current world climate. Also it’s hardly full national service as majority will pick the civic service / charity work if they’re that opposed. Baffling as to why it’s come out now though.

Don’t be fooled. The club are using Friday as a test of bringing in some noddy European-style Ultras group. I’m for welcoming the team bus, but now they’re actively encouraging multiple drums inside the ground. English chants are casual not ultra, we don’t need a der der der style drumming to go along with it FFS. I didn’t get my IN ticket for this game due to problems with my account, but hope the atmosphere isn’t dictated by drumming to the tune of he’s a kenyan victor wanyama and Rickie Lambert Southampton goal machine for 90 mins.

Don't underestimate the looks factor here. It would seem for certain sections of our fanbase any sight of a suit and greasy hairdoe is enough for them to cream their knickers and devote full support to the messiah. Poor Nathan never stood a chance.
