I hope he stays. He’s young, needs support and has already tasted the joys and tribulations of moving club. I suspect he will want to stay at this juncture, and I think the club should turn down offers and consider an improved contract. I also think the new manager may bring out the best in him.

Despite what happened at Saints, I’m pleased for him. He’s clearly able to motivate teams below the prem.

The thing is... the club know it's been a disaster. Dragon and Spors took over in last few months... heads have rolled. Managers have also been changed. What, today, can they do differently to change the next 7 games? Nothing. Therefore, as fans, we have no clear target to vent our ire. Players don't want to lose. They may not be good enough, but abusing them doesn't help. Hopefully the players will finally get a win or two v soon.

I don't get the pile on on Ross S. He's now fit, in the squad and available. I'm sure he's hated being injured and not able to help the team, especially this season when we needed him. Don't blame him for being bought and bring paid what he is. I back him to score goals, at least 10 , next season!

If nothing else, the club should issue a statement about the relegation, what is now happening behind the scenes and a firm declaration of intent to get promoted as champions.

TD is , perhaps, out of form, etc. Cut the guy some slack. It's his first season in the first team and PL with a terrible team aroundhim, badly managed arguably. he will return to greater heights... but let's be real about his ability and progress. Personally, I'd be happy with him in the Championship developing and learning. He can play plenty, and have time on bench etc when games come thick and fast.
