JWP is not the issue. He is an excellent committed player. The issue is that he can’t do it all. He needs support and the team need a quality striker. Get two good players in and confidence will rise. it must be so frustrating for JWP , and Adam’s, that we missed out on a target striker like Broja. We have to win the midfield and put pressure on opposition defenders…done with a clinical finisher. roll on Jan 1st and let’s hope at least two players come into the club early.

I think you need to give him time and the transfer window. We are not cut adrift, someh players were rusty and clearly some should be replaced. It’s only 10 days to January 1st… let’s hope things are ready to happen!

If the deal were right for the club- I'd take him. His quality is still there and it could be a great addition. Compare a natural gaolscorer like Bale to a few of our team... However, I doubt the experienced mentioned was thinking of Bale- unless Supersaint knows something I don't.
